I truly value how fast, easy, and seamless the platform and support team are. Everything from my initial contract signing and benefits enrollment to daily tasks like requesting time-off, getting expense reimbursements, or generating custom employment certificates is handled exceptionally well. Even more complex requests, like asking to work abroad, are processed smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. The integration with Zoho ensures that my time-off requests are seamlessly synced between my daily management tools and my official HR records, saving me from having to log my PTO twice. One area for improvement is bridging the gap between US company perks and local benefits. While G-P handles my mandatory Colombian benefits perfectly, it can sometimes be complicated to replicate US-specific perks (like wellness funds, or equity/stock options) through the G-P payroll system without heavy tax implications. I really like G-P's platform because it's very intuitive and the employment generator contract is great and easy to use, which helps refine talent operations processing for hiring new FTE employees. We've been using G-P for over four years and I've noticed growth and development in their platform, especially with the use of AI. The support they provide for our co- FTE employees is also fantastic. We love our account manager, Fernanda because she's always lovely, responsive, and helpful. Sometimes when we open a ticket, there can be a delay in response times or we're not updated as much as possible. I believe even if the request has not been actioned yet, it'll be nice for the HR specialist to give an update of where they are. On the positive side, G-P offers a convenient digital platform where all employment information, documents, and payslips are available in one place. It’s helpful to have everything accessible online without needing to go anywhere or deal with paperwork manually. I had a disappointing experience with G-P as an employer of record. When I joined my company, an administrative error was made during onboarding: despite clearly communicating my confirmed start date well in advance, the contract was issued with a later date. As a result, I didn’t receive timely payment for the period I had already worked. What’s worse, G-P initially tried to place the responsibility for this error on me and my company, rather than acknowledging their own process oversight. It took pressure from my managers to escalate the issue and eventually receive an apology.
In addition, I submitted a PPK opt-out form at the start of my employment, which G-P failed to process, and I was enrolled in the plan against my decision. This is now being reversed over the course of two months.
Overall, I found the communication slow, the accountability lacking, and the handling of local compliance inconsistent. I hope G-P improves their internal processes and takes more responsibility in future cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the details I need are available in the website and the interface. G-P support responds to my concerns right away, and they’re consistently very helpful. They make sure everything is in good order, and they don’t close a ticket I’ve raised until it’s properly addressed. The website has a lot of features and can easily be found if you watch the tutorials. Our company use it for time tracking so we use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the only thing my team and I don't like is the implementation or suggestion of number of leaves. It's based on the law of each country, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it should always be the minimum. I've heard that branches in other APAC countries have raised this to their managers as well. In my previous job, I've had 23 days leave; 10 SL, 12 AL, and 1 birthday leave. The onboarding process had some teething problems, like my expenses not getting routed to the right person. I also had an issue with my expenses the first time I submitted for mobile roaming charges, which were wrongly treated as a taxable benefit in kind. I like that G-P ensures that all my legal working rights are maintained in my contract, and payroll is clean and efficient. I appreciate how G-P makes it easy to ensure I'm receiving the right benefits and to get my tax done at the end of the year.
