GitBook allows me to easily publish an online book describing an artistic project based on GitHub. As an artist using the power of Git code repositories, GitBook provides me with a unique platform that is transparent, responsive and Git-reliant. It also integrates external sources of creative work, such as Instagram and other popular media platforms. Its pagination feature and Markdown pages make my task of writing and presenting Git-based code quite enjoyable. This is why I chose it as the platform for publishing a book documenting my artistic practice, as is common in the traditional art world. I'm currently a beneficiary of their community plan, which supports my open source project in the best possible way. Their customer support is first class.
