I love how quick I can get things done when I work with their team. Whenever I have an urgent marketing project or a gift campaign - I can get a response within an hour and this mean anytime, really: I've tried 6 am and 11 pm with similar phenomenal response rate.

Flexibility is certainly there when it comes to product selection and choosing delivery date. Once I sent 120 gifts and first 30 arrived within 5 hrs, which I think is outstanding.
