The GetThru tools definitely allowed us to amplify our message and connect with new communities we would not have been able to connect with. While the tools are easy to integrate and to use, I found I was able to leveraging all the features of the tools each time I used them because of the client success team. The increased hurdles the telecomms industry places on texting and calling was the part that has changed a lot since I began using GetThru in 2019. I ommend GetThru for doing their best to overcome those hurdles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up with GetThru to start an account was super easy. Setting up campaigns for each outreach effort in GetThru is really easy to do, which can be an intimidating process. The integration from their platform to other platform makes transferring data with such ease. The customer service is very good, with the team's fast responses, that is really helpful whenever something came up on the field. And many times, they received feedback quite well to improve the platform. For example, texting images recently added that makes texting to our community more fun & appealing. My experience with GetThru has been excellent, from initial contact and exploration to daily tech support and troubleshooting. Our unique needs have always been considered, and every challenge we've faced was met with a "We can solve this" attitude from the entire GetThru team. Their commitment to providing top-notch support is a testament to the organization's values. Integrating with our systems was a breeze with a new self-serve feature. First-time callers and texters have reported ease of use, stating that the UI is very intuitive. The Help Center is very robust, with a plethora of materials to answer any training needs. I have used several peer to peer texting programs in the past and Thrutext is my favorite because of it's user friendly interface and exceptional customer service and success. Thrutext does a really great job with ensuring that their customers really understands the program so the customer can use the product to the fullest. Additionally, it works really well with our database, EveryAction and VAN. I also appreciate the 10DLC regulatory updates that Thrutext provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rewording "campaigns" and "groups" it is al little confusing when learning how to set up a series of texts. Once you learn the process it doesn't matter as much . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've always appreciated the quick and responsive customer support from GetThru. Before finding GetThrue I was stuck with vendors who were slow to respond or didn't prioritize my needs. There's nothing worse than having a dozen volunteers log in to call or text from various locations and the system doesn't work or you can't get ahold of someone to help.
With GetThru I know that there's someone available to troubleshoot in the rare situations when I need help. I worry less because the system is updated and maintained on a regular basis. It's great knowing that both my first time and seasoned volunteers are going to easily log in, start contacting voters and log off after a fun experience and know that they've made an impact.
As a campaign manager, I also know that I'm only going to be charged for the work that we did and knowing that I don't have to pay large amounts in advance if I don't want to is great. I can budget accordingly and pay for my calls and texts at the end of the month. I've been using GetThru since 2020 and cannot imagine moving to another vendor any time soon. When dealing with volunteers and seniors it can be difficult to create an account. It is a 3-step process and I lost volunteers weekly because they where frustrated. I had to set-up breakout rooms to have induviduals share thier screen (another technology barrior) so that I could trouble shoot. If they used thier phone it became even more difficult. As a smaller organization, we required the capability to integrate peer-to-peer messaging into our campaigns. Given that messaging volume may fluctuate, fair pricing was an important consideration for us. ThruText's on-demand pricing played a critical role in our decision-making process, and we are extremely satisfied with the results.

I love the mere fact that GetThru merged ThruTalk and ThruText together to make prodctivity alot easier. Customer service was amazingly helpful and prompt and all functions were easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that GetThru provides opt outs or helps us clean our CRM via their export of lists to identify what system and phone type our donor has. I've been thrilled to see them improve their dedicated number feature, quick send, and great client managers and customer service.In addition, I am able to use GetThru for all major fundraising campaigns which is about 5-6 throughout a calendar year. I am still working on getting used to the Call centers as they are not so fluid as texts, meaning the process to set up a call center is not as user friendly as texting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
