We primarily use the Flip app for communication with employees who do not have access to a PC at their workplace or are difficult to reach via email or similar channels.

Providing a smartphone app offers significant added value by greatly improving accessibility and the flow of information.

The app is highly intuitive, keeping the barrier to adoption as low as possible. Features such as communication in channels or through direct messages are well-designed and offer a wide range of possibilities.

The support is also outstanding: customer needs are clearly prioritized, and issues are resolved quickly and courteously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features could still be further enhanced.

In particular, I see potential in the "Newscast" feature, which works exceptionally well for digital bulletin boards.

Adding the ability to reply to comments, not just original posts, would be a valuable improvement.

Finally we are able to reach all of our staff with crucial information. Before, almonst half of our staff was left in the dark. Particularly the possibility to control which information reaches which group of employees is perfect. The implementation of the app was flawless and I especially appreciated that a lot of material and examples for internal communication was provided. So we didn't have to create it from scratch. This applies to updates and upcoming features as well. Customer Sucess Managers are always available to discuss our thoughts, give insights in other clients solutions and respond very fast. We chose Flip over other competitors because of it's intuitive design, ease of use and integrated features. We are happy to be ablte to integrate further internal software into the app, so our employees find everything at the same place. A One-Stop-App!

To the downside:

As a rather small company the costs are always noteworthy. Since not all of our staff is onboarded and uses the app we would prefer a concurrent user licence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Viele haben Probleme bei Benachrichtigungen und müssen die App regelmäßig aktiv öffnen, keine Vorschau von Titelbildern möglich (außer beim Planen), teilweise sind diese dann abgeschnitten und müssen nachbearbeitet werden. Android users are missing features, for example, they cannot download images or take photos from within the app. The problem has been known for months and will likely be fixed by an update at the end of the year.

Wir haben mit der My BSH App ein ganz besonders wertvolles Kommunikations-Tool, insbesondere für unsere direkten Mitarbeitenden, im Einsatz. Innovativ & intuitiv ermöglicht die App die schnelle und direkte Kommunkation mit den (Test-)Usern, jederzeit und mit individuellem Zugriff, immer dann, wenn's passt. Einfache Installation, problemloses Onboarding und ein hervorragender Support seitens Flip haben den Auftakt am Standort quasi zu einem Kinderspiel gemacht und die User von Beginn an begeistert. Flip greift die gängigen und bekannten Mechanismen und Techniken von Social Media Plattformen auf.

Somit ist von Anwenderseite kein Onboarding notwendig. Die App kann direkt genutzt werden und ist ein QuickWin für das Unternehmen und die Belegschaft.

Auch die Administration der App ist sehr intuitiv und mit nur ein wenig Vorarbeit möglich.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Flip-Crew ist ebenfalls sehr positiv zu bewerten und macht Spaß. Die App wird so moderiert an das Unternehmen angepasst. Rückfragen werden zeitnah und zielgerichtet beantwortet.

Letzen Endes steht und fällt der Nutzen und die Akzeptanz einer solchen App aber mit dem Content. Der Benefit einer reinen "Chat-Plattform" ist nicht ausreichend und auch nicht das Ziel der App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mir sind keine Bekannt. In unserem UseCase wäre die Möglichkeit ein Titel-Feld den Personendatensätzen zuzuordnen hilfreich. Auch wenn uns der Hintergrund erklärt wurde, dass es "keine" Hierarchien in Flip geben soll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Die Bedienung ist total intuitiv und userfreundlich - die interne Kommunikation in unserem Unternehmen gestaltet sich durch Flip sehr unkompliziert und wird super angenommen. Die App entwickelt sich kontinuierlich weiter und der Austausch mit dem Customer Support und dem Customer Success Management funktioniert einwandfrei - alles top! In meiner Rolle als Admin fände ich es hilfreich, wenn bspw. die Neuanlage/Gestaltung von Seiten nur über die Admin Console abgebildet werden könnte - also alle Adim-Tätigkeiten in einem Tool stattfinden.
