They communicate a lot to sell you or upgrade you. If there is a misunderstanding then there is little communication regardless of the circumstances. They push you into an upgrade and misrepresent the costs verbally but sneak it in writing knowing you didn't notice. When you notice, they state they will help and review but they don't get back to you for a long time and won't answer your questions. I would say that the user experience although it is very simple, some customers don't like that they have to "cash out" manually in the rewards wallet section. We wish our reward balance would load quicker. There is often a delay of 24 hours or more before we can send out loyalty rewards and sometimes our advocates don't like to wait.
