very clean interface and good quality, 3 hour webinar with no disconnect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the webinar was in sections, like 4 sections right with breaks in the middle for speakers. Well After each segment the next stage did not autoload, I had to go back to email to click event link to reattend event at its current stage.. I did find out though simply clicking the next stage in the list would bring you to that portion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has features that are supposed to be there. Customer support is reasonable, as I had a technical issue at one time, and it was resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform has reasonable features in different sub-windows but the arrangement of these sub-windows is disastrous. All the windows cramp together and very difficult to grab them quickly to hide them, when you know most people want to hide them so they can get right to the presentation. When it gets to the main presentation window, the size is huge and I cannot find the hide or expand bars easily because it was blown out of proportion. If you make our life easier, you should start all sub-windows small, so users can easily hide them or expand them, instead of staggering them altogether, on top of each other. Like any online event, it is not the same as being there in person. It does not really allow for interacting with others easily. You can ask a question, but unless the person is there at the same time, it appears that individuals did not get answers to their questions. Since it allows for people to watch later as an On Demand Event, that makes it harder to connect with individuals. They may never check back once the event is over. I have used platforms like zoom as a finals college student for meetings & lectures before knowing Chati, but Chati as given me more confidence in my plans for seminar for my Microbiology and technology innovative cohort of most importantly my course mates, more possiblity that Chati made available, gives more confidence to me, that it's not just an experimented platform, it will continue to be more reliable and most important to me, easy to use and access.
