What do you like best about Gaviti?

What I like most is that all your information can be kept on one screen. You can orgainze it by the columns you chose and you can sort each column ascending and descending to make your search even more easy and organized. I use this to notate invoices and it is super simple to notate and set follow ups for your reachouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

There are very few things I dislike. One being that our company holds so much information that it slows the system and sometimes resets itself. Another is that it does not identify the "enter" key when you want to search for something, and when you accidently do hit it, it will reset the page and you have to start your search over. What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is amazing that we can allow our AE/Sales teams to have access to the system. They can read our notes, they can grab copies of invoices and run aging reports for themselves and their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gaviti?

I like that the program is user friendly. Since I train all employees that use the program, that makes my job a lot easier. Since we only use the collections part, I can train a new user in less than an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

There seems to be a lag in the system when multiple people are using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to enter notes in one system and managers are able to pull notes in report form without us having to send it. If we have a change in coverage for a certain location, the history for the open invoices transfers and helps the new person become up to date quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NA, already mentioned in the pThings that you can improve to help us are

1. improved monthly forecasting data on invoice level and showing amount (up to 3 months)

2. more accurate dso rate based on average customer payments (average days of invoice settled)

3. option to either send a link or PDF copy of invoices to customer

We are glad you find Gaviti user friendly and that it is helping you address real business needs. However it seems that there are some gaps and concerns which we want to address here.

To improve monthly forecasting you can click on each column in the relevant graph and see all of the relevant data filters.

When it comes to calculating DSO, please be aware that Gaviti provides both BPDSO (Best Possible DSO) and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) to help businesses track receivables efficiency. Our DSO calculation follows industry-standard formulas, factoring in outstanding invoices and total sales over a given period based on the data that the customer provides to Gaviti.

We take pride in providing our customers with flexibility and options and we have the ability to send link or PDF copies of invoices to customers built in.

We understand where it is frustrating when invoice names don’t match the invoice number, after all that is why we have invoice numbers, to avoid confusion. This is the default in Gaviti however some of our customers have other naming conventions that they use instead which we help them set up.

What do you like best about Gaviti?

Customers love the ease of being able to review their account, make payments or upload documents. I wish statements were alittle more user-friendly. Customers would like to see an overview of their account including invoices not yet due and any credits on account. What do you like best about Gaviti?

Gaviti just does a much better job at tracking invoices and dates than native ERP systems, and particularly does a better job at logging notes and correspondence both with the customer and with internal team members. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

It would be helpful to be able to tie in additional invoice information, such as project number and project manager. It would also be helpful if you could then assign a biller or collector to a specific project and all invoices associated with that project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to log all correspondence regarding a particular invoice is especially helpful, as it the ability to add notes and tag specific team members attention on those notes. The best upsides to Gaviti, is the broad reach. You can save tons of time due to the fact that Gaviti can reach out on your behalf on overdue Accounts Receivables. You can make notes on the accounts/invoices in your system, set reminders, and pause workflows. You can set it up how it works best for you to send emails on your time frames. The defult workflow of emails sent. It is sometimes overwhelming for customers. It is very important to set the workflows that suit your company and your customers needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gaviti is able to mass email reminders on past due invoices. This is benificial to use on 31-60 day invoices to catch them before the roll over into a more past due aging category. This saves a great amount of time compared to manually sending emails on past due accounts. It cuts down on how many past due aging accounts roll over into larger categories. gaviti does not recognize a if there is a credit and debit of the same amount, ocassionally update did not complete, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
