What I like most is that all your information can be kept on one screen. You can orgainze it by the columns you chose and you can sort each column ascending and descending to make your search even more easy and organized. I use this to notate invoices and it is super simple to notate and set follow ups for your reachouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are very few things I dislike. One being that our company holds so much information that it slows the system and sometimes resets itself. Another is that it does not identify the "enter" key when you want to search for something, and when you accidently do hit it, it will reset the page and you have to start your search over. I have learned to try to remind my memory to hit TAB then Enter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the program is user friendly. Since I train all employees that use the program, that makes my job a lot easier. Since we only use the collections part, I can train a new user in less than an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. improved monthly forecasting data on invoice level and showing amount (up to 3 months)
2. more accurate dso rate based on average customer payments (average days of invoice settled)
3. option to either send a link or PDF copy of invoices to customer

Gaviti makes it super easy to follow up with colleagues, and customers. It has features that allow you to easily email, or send a reminder. Customers love the ease of being able to review their account, make payments or upload documents. It has really changed the day to day work day for me, not to mention support is super responsive if an issue does arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish statements were alittle more user-friendly. Customers would like to see an overview of their account including invoices not yet due and any credits on account. Gaviti just does a much better job at tracking invoices and dates than native ERP systems, and particularly does a better job at logging notes and correspondence both with the customer and with internal team members. It would be helpful to be able to tie in additional invoice information, such as project number and project manager. It would also be helpful if you could then assign a biller or collector to a specific project and all invoices associated with that project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful functions of Gaviti include keeping our team focused on daily tasks, while also keeping all my customers updated on there invoices seemlessly. The best upsides to Gaviti, is the broad reach. You can save tons of time due to the fact that Gaviti can reach out on your behalf on overdue Accounts Receivables. You can make notes on the accounts/invoices in your system, set reminders, and pause workflows. You can set it up how it works best for you to send emails on your time frames.
