Competitors to Gather could have more timeless features, but when actually used with a family, I believe the quality of service is exceptionally greater than other contenders in this software category. **What do you dislike about Gather?** Reports require manual creation by staff. Modern funeral home owners need to dive deeper into their analytics, finding customer habits beyond burial vs. cremation. **What problems is Gather solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gather is providing us with innovative ways to maintain transparency in the life cycle of a case, from customized task lists, to control procedures to ensure documents are in-order prior to starting a cremation. ### 5. It seems that gather is able to keep up with a lot of the advances, and very open to feedback. When something isn't right, they fix it. ### 6.
