1) Gartner has massive content available and it's reliable. I use the reports and presentations available on the Gartner portal for internal presentations.

Recommendations to others considering Gartner:

Gartner is expensive but if you want to solve some real challenges with regards to relevant insights to the industry and GTM then do get a Gartner license. Moreover, you can connect with industry analysts to understand how your product is performing in the market or how you make your product well known to the market. I was tasked with DR. Not an easy task because of the layers of DR. I went to Gartner after a few talks with people to get some ideas what was the involvement with DR. What I like about Gartner is that it is not bias. They don't sell. Gartner have a lot of good articles with DR. They have good best practices too. They provide more info than anyone I have talked to. Moreover, they have people to assist with project and question. I used Gartner recommendation for DR to plan out my DR environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
