This is a barrier for international and global firms that promote from within and have experts around the world. Gartner constantly tries to regionally upsell. Gartner has also shifted the locations of analysts in a way that reduces availability by 66%. I will never again sign a multi-year agreement with this vendor. When Gartner has product and market coverage, they offer amazing service. None of the reviews were accepted and when asked their support team about the reason first they told me that I don't use the software I reviewed after providing proof of the usage they said they have all the rights to reject any review without providing any proper reason.
