What do you like best about Gartner?

I like the human addition to the Gartner offering. While a site like G2 crowd gives reviews, its harder to get direction without knowing what you are looking for. The huge database of research is most helpful to me and my team. It's easy to find anything on the web, but to have a verified and trusted source of research helps us make confident decisions. What do you dislike about Gartner?
