What problems is Gartner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Competetive Analysis is one of the most common Analysis, organizations do to stay ahead of the competition. I use this platform to gather information, Charts and Data on how the competition in same domain is performing, how the overall industry is growing and create reports on basis of that, which can be used by team. What do you like best about Gartner?

Great analysts that cover their markets well, for the markets that they cover. Highly regarded Magic Quadrants that help potential buyers create accurate short lists quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gartner?

Gartner allows clients to reallocate seats to new users, but not when organizational changes result in a role moving to a different country. This is a barrier for international and global firms that promote from within and have experts around the world. Gartner constantly tries to regionally upsell.

Gartner has also shifted the locations of analysts in a way that reduces availability by 66%. Combined with the antiquated country-based seats, the ROI of our Gartner contract decreased 80% after signing up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gartner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accessing information about the markets we serve as a technology vendor. They have provided us industry and trend information for key markets. They have some amazing analysts with pertinent insights and interesting perspectives. However, they have a habit of shifting analysts and coverage across the world, exiting covered markets, and decommitting from items in the planned research calendar. I will never again sign a multi-year agreement with this vendor.

When Gartner has product and market coverage, they offer amazing service. When they choose to exit, be prepared to spend a lot of time with an account manager but getting nowhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most reliable provider of market research about SaaS products, including GRC/IRM, EHS, LMS, etc. Gartner has comprehensive data regarding market size, market share, and emerging trends in software solutions.

It also has detailed matrix regarding key features, functions and user experience of the software.

The Gartner Peer Reviews is useful to show customer reviews and feedbacks about the product

Magic Quadrant reports are very amazing to read; but unfortunately they have stopped producing those reports for years.

Gartner is known for its Magic Quadrant reports, which evaluate technology and service providers in various markets based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision. It helped us decide on some software decisions we had to make while looking for cost-effective solutions. This software is convenient to use because of its user-friendly interface. It becomes more valuable when the work is completed on time, making it time-saving software with excellent data management and can be accessed from laptops, mobiles, etc. The initiation cost for this software is cheaper than any other available software, and the revenue generation is relatively high. Downloading time is high; sometimes, waiting for the file to get downloaded becomes hectic.

Sometimes the wrong file gets downloaded.
