What do you like best about Fyno?

FYNO is an exceptional single communication aggregator tool that allows seamless management and switching of providers or vendors. It offers the flexibility to enable, disable, or automatically retry failed communications using alternative providers through simple configurations. One of the standout features is its detailed open rate visibility across various communication channels, broken down at both template and customer levels, which helps drive informed business decisions. The tool is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage configurations, templates, rules, and integration. What do you dislike about Fyno?

What do you like best about Fyno?

Fyno helps us eliminate the need to keep changing our code to send out notifications. They offer GREAT support with respect to understanding the reason for failures of our messages, and also offer solutions as in how we can improve our delivery rates. What do you like best about Fyno?

The ease of integration. It's a very powerful yet at the same time it is very easy to integrate. We have fully moved out email, whatsapp and sms notifications to fyno and it has made our life so much easier. I need give a big shout out to the people behind fyno! What do you like best about Fyno?

The best part about using Fyno is, its designed the way I would have designed the system myself. It solves multichannel communication with reliabilty seamless, easy for us to integrate via API as well as Fyno connect in our own environment without going into data sync problems of two systems and we get data back in our own lakehouse. Apart from that the team is super fast and flexible in building new usecases. Most of our communications requirements are fulfilled using this platform now on daily basis. What do you dislike about Fyno?

What do you like best about Fyno?

Fyno has helped us get rid of all the hassles around deliverability, data security and compliance.

What do you like best about Fyno?

We recently started using Fyno for our WhatsApp and email messages, and it's been really helpful. The UI is really simple and easy to use. We initially had a lot of dependency on our tech team for this. And then we came across Fyno. It has helped us reduce the load off our tech team.

Another thing I appreciate is how fast our issues are addressed. If I report a bug, it's fixed almost immediately, usually within a few hours. And I must mention their support team; they are phenomenal. They’re patient and kind, ensuring all my questions are answered promoptly. Honestly, it's some of the best customer support I’ve seen. Fyno's enterprise-grade platform offers multi-tenant capability and has made it easy for us to manage multiple service providers and routing flows for all our products separately. And, with role-based access control, we were able to limit access to sensitive information, allowing only the key stakeholders to manage and track all our customer communication efforts across the board.
