**What do you like best about Fyno?**

The Fyno platform is an enterprise-grade, gold-standard product that has helped debug the delivery of all customer notifications on one platform. It is easy to download reports and reconcile with all the service providers within a few minutes.
We made zero changes in our core banking, which helped us seamlessly migrate in a few days. Fyno’s team is very responsive; their response time and resolution time in fixing minor bugs are fast.

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

While the platform is excellent, the product UI/UX needs to be improved. We have given feedback, and they are working on launching a new version.

**What problems is Fyno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using an existing tool, which was very basic. After using fyno, our delivery rate improved by 8% to 9%. Delivery latency improved by 5x. The fyno platform could automatically identify junk/invalid numbers, which helps us suppress them.
Our overall customer communication cost was reduced by 14% within 2 months of going live with fyno.
Our complaints about one-time passwords (OTP SMS) have decreased from thousands daily to less than double digits. We had scale-related problems, and after implementing fyno, our entire scale is seamlessly managed, including queuing, batching and throttling.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

What I like best about Fyno is how easy it is to use and integrate. It helps us automate notification workflows and saves a lot of time and resources in managing notification templates. The support team is quick to help, and the platform works smoothly without issues. The reports and dashboards are clear and useful, making it simple to understand and act on the data. It’s a great tool for building custom logic for sending notifications without spending a lot of development effort.

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

Not much is missing in terms of features. However, it would be great if FYNO could provide separate development and product testing environments. That said, FYNO is catching up quickly, and I’m expecting this functionality soon.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

The immediate visibility into message performance sets Fyno apart. Rather than piecing together data from multiple dashboards, we get instant insights about which channels are hitting the mark and which need adjustment. The error handling is exceptionally smart - if a message fails through one channel, it automatically tries alternate routes without any manual intervention. This level of intelligence has transformed our customer communication strategy.

We are very happy so far—nothing to dislike.

We were struggling with inconsistent delivery rates and spending too much time manually switching between providers when issues arose. Fyno eliminated this entirely. **What do you like best about Fyno?**

Fyno allows us to centralize all our communication channels efficiently.  The No code workflow builder is great and ensure that all notification logic is maintained on Fyno, without messing with my core code base.  The drag-and-drop UI is easy to use, and the the team is incredibly responsive. We’ve been using Fyno for many complicated flows and the results have been amazing.

I would love to see more video tutorials for all new feature releases and better documentation

It helps us to build and modify any communication logic with zero engineering effort.  We can experiment effortlessly.  Streamlined communication directly impacts our operational efficiency and key business metrics.  We were able to cut over 30% communication costs by leveraging Fyno.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

What I like most about Fyno is its flexibility and seamless integration into our tech stack. It's simple drag and drop interface allows us to create powerful routing flows that involves multiple channels and service providers. That combined with Fyno's unified API end points, gives us complete control over our routing flows, allowing us to optimize them on the go without touching our code base. 

Alos their tech support is very good plus their response time of resolution for new requirements is very good

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

No real dislikes. However, it would be great to receive recommendations on optimal timing for customer engagement, through sophisticated predictive analytics or timing insights beyond the currently available engagement metrics. I think this is already a part of their roadmap too.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

The stability I would say. Among all these complex features and supporting multiple communication providers / channels, things rarely break.

I also like their support. Very senior technical people provide support to the developers trying to integrate fyno. It was pretty simple to integrate with our system as well, helping us send communications daily.

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

I think Fyno's developer documentation could be improved further explaining the potential of the features it provides via examples. Few cookbooks would be even more helpful.

Some important things, like the meaning of each status received in callbacks could be described and explained better.

Fyno seamlessly integrates with external systems through APIs and webhooks. This helps businesses fetch data from various sources, personalize notifications. Data transmission is also very securely done. This is particularly useful when you need to run verification checks, where dynamic data updates are needed in real-time. The best part is all of this can be configured on a no-code drag and drop UI - saving tons of time and resources.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

Fyno helps to integrate the most complicated processes and enhance workflows seamlessly. Fyno is easy to use and implement. There’s one additional advantage, the platform connects easily to other systems so that building and managing data pipelines becomes less of a hassle. Self explanatory UI makes it easy for non-technical users to understand and set up the construction of workflows. Regular improvements and a variety of options provide the possibility to use Fyno for various uses. However, the strongest features of Fyno are the ability to work with JSON data and process it in real time. We depend on it every day for triggering the notifications. It has a wide range of functions that are appropriate for that all business context and is suitable for common use across different teams.

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

Frankly speaking, there is absolutely nothing worth disapproving of in Fyno. It is a nicely designed, easy to use and reliable site. The support staff is quite responsive.

It helps us to easily implement communication (SMS, EMAIL and WHATSAPP) part of our product. it is easy to implement and reduced our development effort.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

I love the flexibility that Fyno offers. Their features are extremely modular and integrates seemlessly with our tech stack. Their omnichannel & optichannel communication ability reduces a lot of complexity and overheads for our developers. All the features that we need are available out-of-the-box in their platform. We used their workflow builder feature for our integration and the implementation took less than a week for us. Their customer support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

Since their platform has a lot of features it is easy to get lost. It would benefit us (and others) if they could create pre-recorded training sessions so that everyone in the team can learn about all the features available in the plaform.

**What problems is Fyno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our developers had created make-shift microservices for sending notifications via SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Push Notification, and our InApp Notification center. As our customer-base and scale increased, we started facing a lot of issues. Messages would stop going out suddenly and there was no way to troubleshoot without involving our developers. It was extremely difficult for us to reconcile our SMS cost with our SMS service providers. We couldn't track delivery rates of template, channels, providers, etc. All our notification logs were scattered. We were sending notifications to our customers on all the channels available (there was no way for us to make this communication smarter).

Fyno has solved all of the above pain points for us with their simple and easy to use platform. Their focus on security was very helpful and they were able to get InfoSec clearance very easily.

What I like most about Fyno is its flexibility and seamless integration into our tech stack. Fyno providers detailed analytics and logs for all the campaigns that are sent across all channels. It gives us proof of delivery for all our messages. Also, Fyno's dashboard offers several critical insights like deliverability, open rates, most active channels, etc.

I couldn't think of anything at the moment. Everything's good so far.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

Fyno consolidates al our channels - sms, email and WhatsApp on a single platform.  The workflow builder ensures any logic can be isolated from our code base ensuring my engineering is not spending time with notifications.  Their customer first focus approach and great on-call support quickly converted us from a quarterly contract to an annual one.

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

I wish if they can build a feature around managing logic for variables in a template.  This should be a problem for many logistics companies.

**What problems is Fyno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started with WhatsApp and slowly got our SMS and email onto their platform.  With Fyno, I don’t have to build and maintain a notification layer in-house. So all the engineering resources and overheads can be repurposed into solving core engineering problems without worrying about notifications. We know we are in safe hands.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

FYNO is an exceptional single communication aggregator tool that allows seamless management and switching of providers or vendors. It offers the flexibility to enable, disable, or automatically retry failed communications using alternative providers through simple configurations. One of the standout features is its detailed open rate visibility across various communication channels, broken down at both template and customer levels, which helps drive informed business decisions. The tool is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage configurations, templates, rules, and integration. Their support is highly responsive, always just a call or WhatsApp away for ensuring smooth operations.

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

There is no such issue so far but the initial integration took some time due to changing of our internal structure to accommodate the FYNO structure.

**What problems is Fyno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple channels to send communication to the customers but reading open rate against each channel wise will be very difficult task and some time night mare to see a consilated report. We didn't get option to see at customer level before. The report is totally scattered and it was not clear. The FYNO helped to organize all the communications triggers at one places and open rate report with the cut of customer, templates, and channel wise in their dashboard.  
Integrating/changing a communication provider was time consuming effort before from the Tech and costly. Whenever the existing provider is increased price or support is not good then we have to migrate with a new provider which takes time. With the help is FYNO now, we can easily manage any providers with no code no effort from our end. Very easy to mange it now and increased our efficiency lot. The failure analysis of any communication is very easy with FYNO and is important.

Fyno helps us eliminate the need to keep changing our code to send out notifications. They offer GREAT support with respect to understanding the reason for failures of our messages, and also offer solutions as in how we can improve our delivery rates. Their omni channel routing feature will help us communicate using channels relevant to the customer!

Making the insights dashboard more customizable.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

The ease of integration. It's a very powerful yet at the same time it is very easy to integrate. We have fully moved out email, whatsapp and sms notifications to fyno and it has made our life so much easier. I need give a big shout out to the people behind fyno! They are very responsive to feedback and very eager to help their customers.

Nothing particular at the moment. But I would like to see more powerful features for workflow and campaign management.

The primary problem is notification management. This includes Emails, WhatsApp and SMS. Managing the templates, configuring back up services have become a breeze with fyno. I have also started using it to run drip campaigns using the Mixpanel integration

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

The best part about using Fyno is, its designed the way I would have designed the system myself. It solves multichannel communication with reliabilty seamless, easy for us to integrate via API as well as Fyno connect in our own environment without going into data sync problems of two systems and we get data back in our own lakehouse. Apart from that the team is super fast and flexible in building new usecases. Most of our communications requirements are fulfilled using this platform now on daily basis.

For sure, AI review of messages could be one thing which they can improve to provide suggestions.

**What problems is Fyno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the multichannel communication requirements for a notification systems with ability to build complex workflows to solve reliabilty of delivery with just one api interface. This reduces the engineering efforts required for any new changes being done in sms, email, whatsapp etc. Also the added cherry on top is fyno connect, using which complex data queries can be make to push data from crm to fyno directly and get back responses via callback in crm for better efficiency in realtime.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

Fyno has helped us get rid of all the hassles around deliverability,  data security and compliance. 
The developer experience is top-notch, the intelligent channel switching and the ability to manage multiple channels/providers helped our tech team streamline a lot of small dependencies.

**What do you dislike about Fyno?**

We haven't found any blockers so far but the ability to schedule campaigns directly from the UI isn't available yet.

Integrating with multiple service providers, tracking and managing API changes and building an internal solution for notification delivery used be a huge engineering overhead for us. 
Fyno has helped streamline integrations, business logic and channel management for all our customer communications.

**What do you like best about Fyno?**

We recently started using Fyno for our WhatsApp and email messages, and it's been really helpful. The UI is really simple and easy to use. We initially had a lot of dependency on our tech team for this. And then we came across Fyno. It has helped us reduce the load off our tech team.

Another thing I appreciate is how fast our issues are addressed. If I report a bug, it's fixed almost immediately, usually within a few hours. And I must mention their support team; they are phenomenal. They’re patient and kind, ensuring all my questions are answered promoptly. Honestly, it's some of the best customer support I’ve seen. Overall, it’s been a great experience!

I've been using Fyno for a few months now, and I don't really have any issues

Fyno's enterprise-grade platform offers multi-tenant capability and has made it easy for us to manage multiple service providers and routing flows for all our products separately. And, with role-based access control, we were able to limit access to sensitive information, allowing only the key stakeholders to manage and track all our customer communication efforts across the board.

Nothing at the moment. Things are good so far.

By replacing the need for internal communication infrastructure, Fyno saves businesses from having to maintain multiple communication gateways. This reduces both operational costs and our engineering workload. The customer service has been excellent. The interface is modern and full featured, and they add new features regularly.

We sometimes have to wait for an answer due to different timezones, but they often compensate by answering questions outside of their work hours.

We're adding a mobile app. Fyno allows us to notify the user once, rather than on each environment. Fyno is easy enough that marketing can maintain templates, freeing up developer's time.
