What I love about this tool is the availability of client portals. They create a centralized place for clients to access everything they need - project updates, files, conversations. For me, it means no more email overload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile experience could be better. However, it's not a deal-breaker for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been invaluable for helping me deliver a professional service. The ability to give each client a branded portal for their program materials, exercises, messaging, and tracking has leveled up their experience tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working on small projects, I don't need so wide functionality the tool offers. But ignoring what I don't use, the core features I leverage daily have been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me, the highlight of FuseBase is its centralized content management within the client portal. It's been great for keeping all client-related documents and communications in one organized place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not bad. Didn't have problems with FuseBase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about this tool is the ability to handle every client touchpoint in one place. In my work, client communication and project management are everything. It allows me to share files, give status updates, track tasks, and get approvals through integrated portals tailored to each client. No more hopping between platforms. It can sometimes be clunky for formatting longer documents. But overall the consolidated editor simplifies collaborating with clients on deliverables into a single workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love about this tool is how it finally consolidated the mass of fragmented tools our teams relied on into one wonderfully simple platform. Having centralized hubs for each client engagement makes collaborating and accessing projects a breeze compared to the past chaos of toggling between siloed apps and channels. There's nothing I really dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest benefit I’ve gotten from this tool is the ability to provide a customized, professional portal for each of my consulting clients. Having a branded hub for each client engagement makes me look and feel more like an established agency. The tailored portals are a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn’t say there are aspects I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't help but admire client portals powered by Nimbus. It's a fantastic continuation of what the Nimbus team has already offered. I have already set up two client portals for each of my clients. It's a good solution if you have two or more projects simultaneously. I focus my clients on the relevant information without overwhelming them with our internal team data. For example, for one of my clients, I added to a portal our roadmap, connected Nimbus pages (that's what I like the most, portals are based on Nimbus pages) and integrated Calendly if they feel like they need to discuss things synchronically. Meanwhile, I can efficiently work on this project inside the Nimbus workspace with my team, giving them tasks and discussing everything via comments or chats. I get many notifications about tasks, summary emails and so on, but I need to figure out how to turn them all off. Apart from this, everything is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Nimbus Note with my team and clients has been a breath of fresh air. That internal workhub? Perfect for keeping everyone on the same page. And the client portals? Clients love it! It's like having a personalized dashboard for each client. No more endless email chains or lost files - everything's right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've stumbled across a few minor bugs here and there. Nothing show-stopping or super huge, just small annoyances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keeping clients in the loop is so critical yet so challenging with traditional tools. I love how this solution makes it easy with client portals tailored to each client. It's a centralized place to provide updates, share files, post tasks and bring all communication together. Clients love the transparency too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, nothing major. The platform is intuitive and has improved our efficiency substantially. Occasionally notifications can be delayed but it's a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimbus Note has transformed our approach to knowledge management. With the simple system of tags and folders, building the knowledge base in Nimbus was a smooth process. What I liked the most is that Nimbus has a user-friendly interface. On top of that, it requires no technical background, which allowed us to create an organized repository of information accessible to the entire team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I can remember of. Nimbus Note has been a reliable tool for our team, and any minor bugs have been easily overshadowed by its overall functionality and effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
