In a world where everything is at your fingertips, what I like best about Propayroll is the accessibilty of their reports. For my department (accounting/human resources) it's very important to have readily available information at the drop of a hat.

As we evaluated potential payroll systems, the ability for the ProPayroll system to be tailored to our needs and use while remaining a very robust and functional system was a huge plus for us. It has been very reliable and the staff team has done a great job in helping us set up the system, train our staff and employees, and respond to our questions and needs as they arise. The ability to access the payroll system as an administrator wherever I am using my smartphone is an added advantage as well. The staff who have to clock in and clock out have appreciated the functionality of the system and the ability to access their payroll information 24/7 is a huge advantage for them. Some of the terminology within the system and drop down choices are not always clear as to their purpose or intent. It would be helpful to have manual of terminology and some form of operations manual as a reference. While each business is unique in their situation, I know there are some best practices or lessons learned that could be shared amongst the users that would benefit each of us in how we utilize the ProPayroll system. Hands down BEST Customer Service. I have used the other payroll companys and was so tired of sitting on hold for long periods of time.....Or being told "Leave a message".
I have been with ProPayroll for almost 2 years and have NEVER been put on hold. They always are there to help me no matter what issue I have, usually my own neglect.
