What do you like best about Funnel?

- Easy to use and onboard and maintain for those looking for low code/no code solutions

- Numerous connectors available for various platforms

- Flexible File Import tool for platforms not available natively

- Easy to export to tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker Studio

- Data exploration tool works well for quick, ad hoc analysis

- Customer support is responsive when running into data connections and cleanup issues

What do you dislike about Funnel?

- Organization and pruning of data sources could be better. Requires a very disciplined self-imposed best practices to keep things organized and remove what connections are not being used.

What do you like best about Funnel?

The best thing I've found while using it is you can almost do EVERYTHING you would like to, and it is quite easy to figure out.

And if you can't do something, the amazing staff will help you so quickly and if it's possible they know it.

What do you dislike about Funnel?

when creating dimensions, and you need to build within it for Google, Meta, etc, there is no way to copy things across so you end up spending so much unnecessary time doing it.

Also more freedom for your own if-when coding when building dimensions/metrics would allow you do see EXACTLY what you want to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Funnel?

Funnel does the work of several people, we now couldn't run our business without it.

It's easy to set-up, learn, use and over the last year has never had any downtime.

It's functionality is laser focused on making the management of marketing data easy. Once set up it can automatically fix errors in naming conventions, merge data-sets and create streamlined data-shares to Looker/Excel/Sheets which automatically update all client and team reports each night. It's enabled us to create 24/7 reporting for clients.

Custom data requests/reporting tasks which would have taken hours/days before, are now quick and easy

As the platform doesn't require a degree in data-science (or even a maths GCSE), you don't need to be a technical whizz to instantly get value from it. When you don't get something the customer support via chat/email/help centre articles and guides answer your question. It's perhaps the best support I've had from any platform in 18 years.

What do you dislike about Funnel?

Hard to dislike.... The only feature missing for me is the ability to set up custom notifications related to clients metrics, however, I wouldn't want this to distract from the core platform though. Overall - it's a tool I will forever be indebted too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Funnel?

As an agency, Funnel enables us to connect multiple ad accounts for a specific customer, and to easily extract all of this data into Google Looker Studio to connect into a powerful dashboard. With Funnel, the data-loading time into Google Looker Studio has greatly improved (our previous tools was limited in terms of # of datasources and all the data was processed in Looker Studio, which slowed the loading time).

Funnel connections are easy to setup, no matter the tool (we mainly use Shopify, WooCommerce, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funnel?

Although the tool is powerful and useful, the incremental price increase makes it a bit harder to sell to our executives, and we need to continuously pause datasources if we no longer use them to save previous flexpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Funnel?

It was generally easy to integrate with our other already existing software. I've only had to contact customer support for what turned out to be an error on our end and they were very quick to help solve my issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Funnel?

As a partner of Funnel we've expereienced a strong committment to mutual success not only for our agency, Funnel but most importantly, our clients. The collaboration from both a sales and support standpoint has been a wonderful experience that we are then able to pass along to our clients creating a win for everyone involved.

The ability to integrate with other tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA, etc. has been an extreme value add when trying to tie togethr desperate data sources into a single dashboard in order to deliver invaluable visualizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Funnel?

Funnel is very user friendly and contains a pretty deep feature set for the price. The partner ecosystem is great and a great tool for users to leverage in the US and globally. What do you like best about Funnel?

What I like most about Funnel is how customizable it is. Within their Data Explorer you can look at the data in any way please and any possible configuration. you can create custom metrics and dimensions and any type of filter imaginable. And if they don't have a data source connector for a platform you're looking for, they have the ability to create custom connecters to these sources. As our agency has grown, Funnel has grown their usability with us as well!

Their customer support also responds within the same day and will work with you until you're questuions are answered and they are always SO helpful!

What do you dislike about Funnel?

There is not much I dislike about the platform.

Perhaps the one thing I like least would be having to wait for all of the data within a data source to completely upload at once.

What do you like best about Funnel?

They have a proper university to teach about their platform. It is a pretty user-friendly application, and even though they invested in a platform to enhance your experience and help the user go further in digital marketing research, it integrates easily with all your channels, and the implementation is as easy as setting up an e-mail.
