So many features we love: all of the widgets to place on our site. How they upsell donors into becoming recurring donors. The AI amounts they show on donation forms. It's such a smart and savvy tool, has a great UX for donations (haven't seen a better one really), and provides such a modern, seamless platform to give. Their P2P platform could use improvement, as we find donors want to customize more than FRU allows. So with that, we use Classy for our big P2P fundraisers and events as it's more customizable (especially for events). It sounds almost too good to be true when they sell it to you, but it is. Fundraise Up did not require a contract, which we thought was a gimmick or or couldn't be true, but it is. The simplicity of both the user and admin experience is top-notch. Very clean interfaces, quick and low-friction approach to all aspects of the solution. And while the additional fees beyond credit processing fees are higher than some expect, the amount of integration and automation included makes it a better solution for small teams. There are too many to list here. I'm not sure what it's actually good for compared to GiveButter. It was impossible to add off-line donations. Customer service went away after that 1st call. She moved up, and no one would return our emails. Getting contact with a human took days. Pulling a report was torture. You needed to be a coder to figure out how to get a report. We had to fly blind on data.
