You have plenty of options for how intricate or simple you want you forms to be and updating is a snap. Customer services is amazing and they will do so much of the heavy lifting, especially if you import from another system. **What do you dislike about Fundraise Up?** The integration with RE NXT leaves a lot to be desired but that's because Blackbaud doesn't have the same fields available in web view as are available in database view. **What problems is Fundraise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?** We migrated from Luminate Online because we needed a modern fundraising platform and we liked the suggested donation amounts FundraiseUp's AI generated. We also liked the ability to ask donor to become sustainers and to allow them to cover the costs. Creating donation forms is much easier now and we can be assured all our emails to our donors about their donations are timely and are all branded properly. ### 5. It's such a smart and savvy tool, has a great UX for donations (haven't seen a better one really), and provides such a modern, seamless platform to give. With great analytics and information on the backend. Phenomenal tool! **What do you dislike about Fundraise Up?** Their P2P platform could use improvement, as we find donors want to customize more than FRU allows. So with that, we use Classy for our big P2P fundraisers and events as it's more customizable (especially for events). But with that said, you shouldn't disregard FRU because of this unless P2P is 80% of what you do. **What problems is Fundraise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy digital donation process. Our donations have gone up since we started using it and we actually get a lot of positive feedback from people about the form. There are too many to list here. I'm not sure what it's actually good for compared to GiveButter. It was impossible to add off-line donations. Customer service went away after that 1st call. She moved up, and no one would return our emails. Getting contact with a human took days. Pulling a report was torture. You needed to be a coder to figure out how to get a report. We had to fly blind on data. Customer service was bad. And, they charged really high fees on top of the bad product and service. **What problems is Fundraise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fundraising platform, but it only created problems. The integration of your donation process and your website is simplified, allowing you to add new elements once, with future changes being automatically applied through their simple-to-use dashboard.
