I don't like the fact that we are unable to re-allocate the fundraiser's donation between fundraisers. For example, a donor accidentally donated their amount to another campaign. I was able to re-allocate his amount to the correct campaign. However, I was unable to to further re-allocate that amount to his Fundraiser's page.

Also, it would be great if you could provide the Fundraiser's Team Admin with the general fundraiser's page link without being attached to the team member. The platform is straightforward to configure and offers embeddable widgets, which makes integration seamless. I found the customer support and migration assistance to be excellent. I have had mixed results with their customer support. Sometimes, they respond quickly, concisely and get me what I need. Other times, it could be a week or two before coming to a resolution on something that, to me, seems like an easy question.

They pride themselves on their customizability, but quickly I realized there were aspects we had in our last platform that were not customizable in this platform. There have been times where I ask for a change, and I hear that their program is optimized, but I can show proof that it isn't optimized for us. An example would be that my donors want to list why they are making a gift before actually giving one. FRU says that the "why" question should come last, so I cannot move it. Fundraise Up is incredibly easy to use and has made managing donations a breeze. The powerful and well-designed features make the entire fundraising process more effective. Not only is the tool incredibly helpful (hitting everything we asked for: dynamic ask amounts, easy configuration, easy insights/analytics, great user experience, etc.) but the customer service is fantastic!

Any user errors, confusion, or questions have been answered promptly (almost immediately in most cases) and clearly. They're happy to connect with other team members, offer additional training, troubleshoot, and even look for custom solutions. The only real downside to Fundraise Up is the fee. Luckily, we were able to do a full cost analysis and determined that because of the higher conversion rates (among other things) it was still cheaper than our current product in the long-run.

We were able to easily create and deploy English and French language versions of our donation forms for FINCA Canada. Both the front-end and the back-end look great.
