Not only is the product incredibly helpful for training Salespeople, but the team at FullyRamped goes and above and beyond to make sure the technology catered to the need of their users.
The FullyRamped team is incredibly responsive and willing to customize and design the product to the specific needs of your organization. The founder, Aaron, frequently reaches out to users to better understand their experience and how they can nuance product development to best serve their audience. What do you dislike about FullyRamped?

What do you dislike about FullyRamped?
The platform is already strong, and the team is always improving it, but I’d love to see them expand into additional languages to better support global teams. Having AI bots that can train SDRs in multiple languages would make a huge impact. What do you like best about FullyRamped?
FR has totally transformed the way SDRs onboard and improve their skills at my company. We're able to create and built fully personalized AI personas to practice different talk tracks. Our SDRs are able to ramp up so much quick by just getting more reps. This is a must have if you have an SDR team or any sales team.
