For me, using FTAPI has solved several problems in how I handle sensitive data.
The thing I appreciate most is its user-friendly interface. It's straightforward and doesn't overwhelm you (or the recipient of the data) with technical jargon, which is a relief, especially if the recipient does not have a high technical skill.
In our company, we frequently work with public entities and medical companies with enhanced and strong data protection requirements. Before using FTAPI, we needed to sometimes even send in hardcopies. With FTAPI, we have much more flow in out processes.
The security aspect is something I really trust. Knowing that our third parties understand that data is encrypted before sending gives us digital credibility in the medical space. The chosen encryption standart works well with the parties we work with.

FTAPI is very good and intuitiv tool to transfer secure data.
We are using FTAPI to work with our customers in secure data rooms and for some internals. Additionally we are also using secure mails to send confidential data to our tax consultant and other externals. With the Outlook Add-In it is very simpel to use for all of our staff.
Also the integration process was very easy and in case of an issue the problem is solved very quick.
