It fits into our normal routines without getting in the way, which I appreciate because we already juggle enough tools. The separation between internal and external sharing also feels reassuring because it reduces the chances of sending something to the wrong place. I did not expect to use the automation features much, but they turned out to be helpful for tasks that repeat all the time. The audit trail is also clearer than I thought it would be, which makes it easier to answer questions about who accessed what. When an email is sent to both external and internal recipients, the message is encrypted for all recipients, including internal ones, which can occasionally slow down workflows. In addition, there is no full protection against incorrect recipient addresses. If a wrong email address is entered and recipients manage their own passwords, access cannot always be prevented in such cases. Also the integration process was very easy and in case of an issue the problem is solved very quick.
