frontegg is a simple & easy to use product with good documentation. It's an all-in-one platform for user management that allows you to create and modify user accounts, manage passwords, automate account provisioning. Still using it and still super satisfied with it. Frontegg is easy to setup and maintain, with a clear and intuitive UI. When we faced with more advanced scenarios it was lacking at times, but it gets the job done. What do you like best about Frontegg?

Building out user management in B2B apps has always been a challenge for organizations. Frontegg does this out of the box. The management console is well-designed and easy to use for creating Roles, Permissions and Groups. I can also track user activity which makes it easy to keep my user accounts organized and secure. The observability tools are helpful for troubleshooting and monitoring. You can view real-time user activity, and also generate reports to track user engagement. What do you dislike about Frontegg?

Frontegg has more features than I use currently. It could be overwhelming to users new to the IAM space but overall, it's exciting how quickly the team has iterated and released new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Frontegg?

The admin portal was incredibly user-friendly, making it a joy to navigate. I was impressed by the extensive array of capabilities and features it provided. What stood out to me the most was the seamless integration with HubSpot, which added an extra layer of convenience to the entire experience. This remarkable product effectively resolves all user management challenges, encompassing seamless solutions for Signup, Login, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Permissions. What do you like best about Frontegg?

I tried to use two of Frontegg's client SDKs. One is for React application which is working great. As far as I know, the react SDK is the most commonly used SDK. When I used the Vue SDK I felt the same. At the start I expect it to be less powerful because it's not so commonly used. But it was of high quality. WOW! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So the Vue and React SDKs are very good. I think they can add more examples - maybe a repo with examples with copy and paste feature. Also will be nice to create a workshop for advanced customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Frontegg?

I really like the selection of login options, along with the strong emphasis given for security options. Other user management services should take notes!

Documentation is also great, and the implementation instructions are very detailed yet simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frontegg?

My only complains so far are that I can't seem to be able to upload a logo (getting a 403 error for some reason), and that localization isn't available through the web interface and only through the API (but that's a very minor peeve). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?

I volunteer for a non-profit organization that holds several paid events throughout the year, and we require a service to properly manage both our customers (for ticket purchases, newsletter signups, etc), our members (for membership payments, votes, and special privilages) and our volunteers (for administration of our systems and access to organization data).

We've been using an internally developed user management system until now, but it is not up to task with our current requirements and load. We need to move to an external service and so far Frontegg seems like a great fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Frontegg?

Really liked the builder of frontegg! In few simple clicks I created a beautiful login form which impressed my users very much:)

Also, there is an option to make a social login which is really awesome!

What do you dislike about Frontegg?

Only thing is that the documentation could be more relevant, updated and clear. I found it sometimes not completely coherent and not fully matched with what is actually happening in reality.

My knowledge and experience in the authentication field is very limited. I tried to manage this myself at first, but I faced many technical gaps. I found frontegg very helpful and really the best solution for me and my clients. Frontegg has shown some limitations, especially when it comes to storing intricate user data. It seems more tailored to cloud-based solutions, posing challenges for on-premise. Actually the product is awesome and saved us tons of dev work to be able to hit the ground running,

We are developing a multi-tenant product, and part of the requiremets of our customers, in terms of security is to have a SSO and MFA of course, and on top to be able to distinguish different user groups in their organization to different aspects of our product.

When we tried to implement a solution by ourselves, it had a lot of code, error-prone, that required maintenance, being up to date with the standards of SSO with different integration types, and it was hard to support all of the above with a small dev team like we have.
