Frontegg is a platform for SaaS companies, offering out-of-the-box Enterprise-Readiness products for very quick integration as features into an existing SaaS web application. Frontegg components are all customer-facing and include the UI, backend, and Data layers.  The feature-set includes Granular Roles & Permissions, SAML and SSO, Audit logs, Reports, Notification center, and more. The integration of a feature is very quick and shouldn't take more than a few hours of work from a full stack developer.

What do you like best about Frontegg?

- Simple setup of multitenancy/delegated administration (each customer manages their own set of users) is quite unique in that market segment and was a key feature for us when choosing a user management solution.

- Login with all the sign-in options and customizations we needed.

- Webhooks, API tokens, Roles and Permissions functionality really comes in handy.

- Smooth and stable functioning.

- Quick response times of support team (while I should say that sometimes their hard work could be spared with better API reference).

- Good educational articles on their website about user management, SaaS security, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frontegg?

"Dislikes" might be too strong of a word here, I'd rather call it technical limitations, since the tool does its main job and does it well.

- Frontegg may not be the right fit for storing complex and custom data about the users or accounts. There is only a metadata in a json format.

- In some cases Frontegg is more tailored to the cloud, not on-premise solutions like ours. No blocking problems, but some additional integration work.

- While one user can belong to multiple accounts/tenants, he can only be logged in to one of them in one particular moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Frontegg?

I got to tinker with the Frontegg code using their npm SDK, and I’m genuinely liking what I see! The coding skills are solid, and they’re definitely following great coding practices. What’s cool is that it’s not just about the platform features – the code behind the scenes is well-maintained and sticking to the best practices. Thumbs up to the team! What do you dislike about Frontegg?

Sometimes I have to dive into their code to really get how things work. The only thing is, they don't include the JS maps, and that's a bit of a pain. This platform tackles the issue of setting up features such as login and password reset interfaces with user-friendly UI, along with cool functionalities like SSO, MFA, and session management. What do you like best about Frontegg?

I Really like the Ui for the dasboard of user mangamet , easy to use, you can see the status and manage alot of diffrent feature's , the total UI is also great the builder looks amazing and it make the expreince much better then other proudcts.

While Frontegg is great overall, It took some time to me to fully understand how to use the program, but once i got it, it became muce user friendly and nice to use.

their CIAM solution saves valuable time and resoruce, it make it much more easier to manage and contol over the system

What do you like best about Frontegg?

Frontegg helps me to work with user roles in an easy way. It was clear how to define the roles I need to provide like Admin, Test, and guest. Configuring permissions to users is also the same - the UI uses the same UX for all pages so after using one page you can know how to do it in others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frontegg?

I think Frontegg has to work on a mobile app. I need to control and do some operations when my computer is not near me. A mobile app will help me to do commonly used operations that I do like inviting new users and turning off permission to a user when it becomes urgent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that the integration with Frontegg was super fast, with the minimum amount of code in our projects,
