Frontegg reduces our team's work around authentication and user management. I'll cover more specifics in a later part of the review, but they make it easy to integrate with a variety of authentication workflows. Once the application is integrated, they provide backoffice functionality with either their UI or API. This lets us have the flexibility of choosing our customer auth experience while also providing flexibility in how we implement our backoffice operations.
Their customer support is fantastic. They’ve helped out with a few general implementation questions, been responsive to feedback, had a clear external-facing ticket tracking system, and helped investigate bugs/implementation issues to help us solve problems effectively. When I had technical questions, I found their free Slack community to be a helpful supplement to their documentation. I could ask questions in Slack, and the team would stay on top of issues to help me get to the solution I needed. To be honest, I can’t think of much I dislike about my experience. I’ve hit a few implementation issues from my end, or because I didn’t understand the documentation, but I found a bunch of help from their Slack community and their Support team since we’re a paying customer. I probably could have reached out to them sooner to discover that I could lean on more resources than their published documentation. And that learning curve is to be expected with any software integration that I need to build — what matters is that Frontegg makes it easy to resolve those issues. Anyways, I’m looking forward to seeing what new features they build to extend our functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrating with other tools like Slack and Salesforce is nice. We succeeded to do it in a few minutes. Then we start getting notifications to our organization Slack. It was exciting to see that in 1 hour we succeeded to see the value and work with it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is billing and subscriptions in Frontegg. They support it. I think there should be a more flexible billing system and subscription. More options that will help different companies to get a full solution regarding this. But it's not a big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Frontegg R&D developers are experts! I had a chat with two of them as part of an integration support I needed. They are expert and have a lot of deep knowledge. They were able to help me quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is amazing. I think everything is well done. They may add a troubleshooting section for Q&A like the help I needed. It can reduce the need to ask them questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I love most about Frontegg is its impressive array of out-of-the-box features for streamlined all "Identity platform" needs (user management, authentication, SSO and many more).
I found almost everything I needed readily available, saving valuable time and resources that would have otherwise been spent on building these functionalities in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Frontegg provides a robust identity and user management, one area that could use improvement is their ReBAC (Relationship-Based Access Control) solution, which currently seems less mature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
