What do you dislike about Friendbuy?
What I dont like about Friendbuy:
1. Poor reporting dashboards and incorrect reporting
2. The only way to find out customers information is via Klaviyo and not in the Friendbuy system.
3. No ways to do a Gift With Purchase
4. To communicate with customers in the loyalty program, it must be done manually within Attentive or Klaviyo - no true integration
5. The customer service and account management is not very knowledgeable on their own product.
6. They state they are working on improvements but those promises are vaporware.
7. They are overpriced and cost more than much better competitors like Yotpo, LoyaltyLion, Bubblehouse.
8. Any customizations require significant development on a company's side.
9. The UX for customers to redeem points is not intuitive and causes issues for our customer service team to help customers redeem.
10. There is no segmentation capabilities in the system.
11. There is an additional $1k/mo charge if you want to be able to do a tier system for your loyalty program . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
