What do you like best about Friday CRM?

We love everything about Friday CRM! Not only can we keep track of donations, sponsorships, and any fundraising profits, but we can also keep track of donors, corporations, and government agencies that we receive those funds from. We can make sure that we maintain communication with them before, during and after which is very important. It's not overly complicated to learn or use, but it packs a powerful punch in its capabilities. I was able to jump right in and begin implementing processes within minutes. What do you like best about Friday CRM?

Having a CRM that organizes our data, clients, and allows for quick reporting, makes staying on top of things so much easier. The ability to add tasks and manage by tasks, allows management's time to not be spent on chasing down paperwork or emails. To add that it is FREE, and we use it daily, is icing on the cake. Truly the best free CRM out there. And I say this from running IT Departments of fortune 5000 companies from my corporate lifetime. I had created a CRM in js.node and java script through GoogleSheets, and it was easy to set up the same workflow inside of Friday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Friday CRM?

Lack of automation. In the near future, we will be plugging in the CRM with our Point of Sale, our Invoicing Software, our Estimating Software, and tying in different components of AI, to funnel clients in through our website and point of sale, and automate triggers and responses. Although it may be a bit heavy of a lift, I feel that Friday should be able to support it through its API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
