It is not so complex that I can't find my way around. I don't need a CRM to integrate with every social media account on the net. I want it to manage my sales prospects which I am finding it is doing well.

That part of the process was frustrating as I wanted to get running from day one, but I was unable to do that. The cost (free) vs. utility cannot be beat. It has all of the features I need, without the ones I don't need that make me feel guilty that I am not using them, even though I pay for time.
