I so fortunate to have FreshLMS site to host my Online Course, I was not sure if I will go with that, but it’s Team is really awesome working round the clock to fix any issue, they are reachable anytime you just think of them they are there to help you, and that’s something make a company or product great, and first off it’s people like I had Shaik Akhil from FreshLMS customer support, helping and guiding me through when I am stuck and giving me the suggestions, I have tried other platforms too, but this is really really good and its support, I will recommend this to all just go for it and you will never regret. I like it so much I don't really know if I see have anything but I must mention that they don't have a payment gateway that I needed, but they are adding this very soon. it just getting better everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FreshLMS gives us to upload unlimited courses for our teams to improve ourselves in the team for amazing reasonable pricing.

As a small company that who wants to improve, we create lessons in the team where we upload it to FreshLMS with documentations and small quizzes at the end of each lesson, we continue to improve our inbound team to archive new goals, and with FreshLMS we also create and resell the courses that we have recorded as an outreach income profit for the company. I could have to cut 2 points from my recommendation due to UI. Unfortunately, the UI does not fancy-looking as the software itself. But the team is being productive and improving the application in all near soon, so we are just not really focusing on the design of the website but we focus on our productivity with the lessons we have created. Fresh LMS is a very intuitive platform, even for a person who isn't super tech savvy to set up a course. The support is stellar--the team is responsive round the clock and it's clear they really care about helping each customer, as well as continuously improving the product. There are still some elements of Fresh LMS that need to be worked on to optimize course creator and user experience, but the team has a public road map spelling out their strategy and planned upgrades. I'm from the Netherlands and IDEAL payment is used as the mainstream way to do online payments.

For now, check out options don't support payments with IDEAL (but credit card/paypal/manually) .

Ease of set-up - I'm a total newbie at this and a bit of a technotard so if I can do it, anyone can., I love that I get quick responses from support. My questions and requests are taken seriously, even though they may be silly to some, they were patient with me. The FreshLMS website is easy to use. There were a few questions I had and they were answered promptly. We even had a quick Zoom meeting to help me with a specific issue.

Quizzes and assessments feature and the ability to add any type of content you want through links HTML. The support team are happy to hop on a call to help too. Some features are being added as part of the roadmap. I'm looking for course duplication and coupons to offer freedom version of paid courses. So far so good! FLMS's customer service cannot be beaten! They are very responsive and truly care about making the platform user friendly for both authors and students.

It's an up and coming learning management system that is changing the way LMS's are offering and teaching their students.

I truly look forward to every new update that comes from the team. Plus the updates are very timely, it seems every month they are improving.

There are some things that are not as intuitive as I would prefer them to be.

For instance, commenting on the courses can only be toggled on and off, there is no way of deleting or regulating comments from participants.

If the commenting is on it is there for ALL to see, good or bad, nice or brutal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to use and the layout wasn't difficult to learn. You can tell that there was a lot of thought put into the UI and most users wouldn't have issue churning out a course within 30 minutes assuming they have the materials ready.

At the initial stage, the founder Rahul was responsive and open to suggestions. I think this attitude serves them well because you can tell things are always improving. I understand the team has got some plans in store for their existing users around Xmas time. You got to be excited for that.

For me, I got a LTD on Appsumo for $99. I thought for what has been delivered so far, the value outpaced the price I got it for. I'm a fan for life.

This is the perfect software for people who just wants to set up a course and start selling. You can customise and rebrand (white label) the site even if you have time but it's good to go, straight out of the box! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the customisation part can be improved. Setting up the subdomain bit was a bit of guess and check for me. I wish there were some more documentation. Or even a quick video to guide me along.
