I love how simple it is to set up and launch courses, live workshops, or digital downloads. There’s no complicated process—I can create unlimited courses and products, design custom sales pages, and automate marketing all from one dashboard. It is not once or twice that I call the team. My business engagement with Freshlearn is from the year 2022. The team is always there to support our requests and all it takes is a simple call to be scheduled. I always connect and my queries get resolved on the call. I am very thankful for the team and specially to Raghu who extends his support above and beyond the call of duty. The team understands our issues, queries quickly and share the knowledge why the issue has cropped and show the resolution on the call. Extremely happy that my LMS is on Freshlearn.

FreshLearn gives us all we need to setup our online courses. We have about 9 online courses live that are working really well. Also the use of the bundles & webinars is a real plus. FreshLearn has no limit on storage which is also a great benefit. And...yes we sometimes have to look for the right setup/configuration, therefore the great customer support is of a very valuable help. As someone completely new to online course creation, what really set FreshLearn apart for me is the outstanding LIVE support I receive from their team, especially Teja and Raghu.

Freshlearn platform is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate, but when you are new it can be at times feel overwhelming but with live support especially getting started makes all the difference!

Teja went above and beyond to help me through each stage of the course setup. Every time I have a question, no matter how basic, Teja responded quickly with clear, detailed answers that made it easy to keep moving forward.

It's rare to find someone so patient and genuinely invested in helping users succeed, and I felt supported at every step.

While the interface is user-friendly, the analytics tools, though functional, lack the depth and range of data insights I’ve seen elsewhere, which can be limiting when trying to optimize course performance and track student engagement on a more granular level. FreshLearn destroyed the technical SEO of my school. FreshLearn migrated my school from Teachable without moving smaller assets like images, CSS, fonts, etc. to native hosting and DNS. It is easy to use and has more capabilities than other platforms that I have used/considered. I've also found the responsiveness and live support to be great.
