A lot of grammar errors, formatting issues in their editor, reporting inaccuracies, and constantly changing the features included or not included with your membership tier have proven that this isn't built with the user in mind.

Everything. The only reason why I opted for this tool was beacuse of the "preview" mode, which should have allowed me to make some lesson freely available, whilst all others locked up only for paying customers.

All of a sudden, this feature was gone. With no alert, no information. Just gone.

When asked why, I was told that "We, removed that option because we got many reports from customers saying that spam entries are happening and members list becoming overloaded".

After my complaints I was promised to have that back in 20 working days (I have all chats recordings, btw).

Not only the promise was not maintained, but I also had to start the whole process again because apparetnly they didn't even recorded my request. LIARS, other than unprofessionals.

Not even mentionining a Zapier integration, also that was gone. I was told 1 week to have it back. Then another week. Then simply "soon".

These people are just bad, unprofessional and the tool is full of bugs.

The funniest thing of all? Not a single message saying "sorry!"

I love the layout, and the landing page. Courses are super simple to create, add to, and modify. It's very clean. The client support is very friendly, they are interactive and passionate about their product. Completely modifiable and you can even redirect from your domain. Even if payment isn't on site you can add members that have been grandfathered in or come from elsewhere. All in all a great product. There are so many cool features that I really enjoy. It's a clean service. You can add PDFS, videos, documents, hyperlink things, add images to reference, and I really love the customer support. They are good to their clients for sure. Can be a bit slow, but they're doing major upgrades so I don't mind that one bit :) I don't have complaints about it honestly. FreshLMS is simple and easy to use. You can setup the course with membership functions easily. The support is excellent. When I use the live chat, within a few minutes, I get a response from Rahul. Eventually he set up a Zoom to clear out things and give some suggestions. In fact, I am excited to see the demonstration of the latest UI which is more powerful in terms of the price structure. It would be great to integrate with Wishpond email automation. Kindly put that in your roadmap. For the Landing page, there is not much to customize, which is a pity. It would be great to have a builder maybe a (simple version of Wordpress Elementor) to fully customize the landing page because landing page is probably the most important page besides the content. The ease of use and the options that are being added on regular updates. The customer support is doing great. When ever I'm stuck somewhere I just ping on the chat and Raghu or Rahul would connect with me in minutes and if required they set up a zoom call to help me out. There are some improvements needed on the landing page with more options like Price strike off , adding additional links or HTML so that we can put more stuff on it. May be like elementor addon editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that the guys from Fresh LMS are willing to take the extra mile to help me with the problems I encounter with the platform. At the peak of the holidays and probably midnight at their part of the world, they were willing to jump on a call with me so that I can resolve the problem I was encountering with my site. There are still a lot of features that can be desired but they are very transparent and enthusiastic as to the inclusion of these things we recommend to them. Hats off to these guys! What I like BEST about FreshLMS is the easy-to-use interface that they built to create courses and quizzes inside the platform. I can easily create a Sales Page for each course right within the platform with its own custom domain. I can also create FREE courses for people or employees to take and complete. They even introduced their own CERTIFICATE creation module which looks great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The part that is missing right now within FreshLMS is being able to manage multiple "schools" or "institutions" under the same email account. In order to do so, I have to register an account / school / institution using different email addresses.

I also wanted to use my other video hosting platforms inside the platform, but they only currently support Youtube, Vimeo, Wistia and VooPlayer / Spotlightr. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that I could design my course however I wanted. I could add video, and then text to explain it below. I had lots of video, and I had no problems with uploading any of it.
