I"m a complete newbie at learning platforms altogether. I posed a question in the chatbox and got immediate response, including a google meet within minutes to help me to create my class. I also scheduled a google meet to address specific questions and received valuable tutorials and information. The customer service is outstanding thus far and the platform is pretty simple to use overall. I'm excited to launch my first classes very soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I have not launched my course, so I cannot honestly answer this question until I utilize this platform moreso. My guess is that there is not too much I would dislike though :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FreshLearn is a great easy to use platform. My online course called Mission Communication is all about building communication skills & the human connect and I found this to be the best place to host my course. I highly recommend this product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes a bit of time to get used to it but once familiar then it's fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First, I was looking at the regular course hosting platorms. Teachable, Udemy etc. were good but as with many of the big names they had big drawbacks.
I found FreshLS, well, reFreshing. First, the backend system was simple yet powerful. It had everything I needed to customise the landing page and course with my brand logo and colours as well as build high-quality products for my customers.
The user interface is simple for clients to use. Quite often I've found the process of getting someone enrolled on a course can be laborious and can actually deter clients. Not so with FreshLMS.
The customer service has been so good. Every question has been answered promptly and the team behind this platform are exceptionally hard working. The platform updates are coming thick and fast with emails informing you of every development.
Lastly, the ability to integrate the platform into my wordpress site has given my business an extra level of professionalism.
Keep up the great work FreshLMS Team, I'm very grateful to have you in my corner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tbh there is very little I dislike about the platform. More integrations with CMS and marketing platforms would be appreciated. As a solopreneur I'd appreciate any addons that increase my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easy UI and custom domain setup are awesome, the developer has done a good job over there. Really happy to see frequent mail from CEO Rahul regarding the latest updates that they are integrating. Really curious about what's brewing up next. Stripe and Paypal account is another one I liked and there is no 3rd party interference like other LMS platforms. There are few improvements need to be done on aspect ration of video on the course viewing page apart from that all look good and adding more free library on how to use Fresh LMS and affiliate program would be better for the publishers. There is few more improvement need to be done on the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have tried a lot of LMS's including big names like Teachable, Udemy, Skillshare and more. I was looking for simplicity in a LMS without the need to spend a lot of money, and in the end this is the one I decided to go with. The one thing I appreciate the most is their customer support. Whenever I need help, they are ready to help and fix my problem. They are doing a very good job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no downsides of Fresh LMS, because they LMS is very easy to use for both me as well as students. They are enjoying the wonderful learning experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly platform; easy to setup; ability to create multiple courses or a catalogue where you can separete different courses for each author; ability to get paid in more than one currency for the same course; fully customisable, but there's one features that stands out the most in my opinion: the Landing Page, which allows me to create a landing page right inside the platform. I think it's very handy to have that right inside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I think they need to work a bit more is their video loading speed. As they're based in India, their server can feel a bit slow regarding to loading your lessons, but I reckon they'll migrate to a more robust server soon. I always get emails from them with new updates and features, so... this problem shouldn't take much longer to get fixed I think. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the usability of the courses, where students have a good good access to download docs attached to the class and comments. Love the brand new Masterclass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not really a dislike. I feel I would prefer to have an app better than the responsive mode to see the courses on mobile. The system improved a lot on the last year, and they have an very interesting roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is awful and unappealing.he functionality is also poor.
Even the minimum functionality is not included in Fresh LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FreshLMS has developed a platform that enables beginners and experienced content experts to create a complete online course quickly. The platform is easy to navigate. The team is there to answer questions almost in real-time. The site also comes with a gateway payment system (PayPal and Stripe) to enable you to get paid for your work. The team is always adding new features to help you promote and sell your course. As an early adopter, I have been very satisfied partnering with the FreshLMS Team as we learn together.
Well done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an early adopter, I have had features that have been removed and added to upgrades that I had to pay additional fees. Though the enhancements came with even more features, I did not appreciate the removal of features. I am chalking it up as the price of being an early adopter as the company is deciding how to package its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the creators are always looking for ways to add to the service and make it the best course creation software there is. They are highly responsive and you feel like you as a customer matter to them, that you are not just an anonymous number. They answer your questions. I am trying to improve my knowledge of technology, but I'm a user of technology and this is not my speciality yet I am able to do a lot with this product.
I like the cost, I like the functionality, I like that it is always improving, and I like the team's responsiveness. That's a lot to like! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point, I do not have anything I am struggling with. It's easy to use and there is a lot of support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
