"User Friendly Excellence for Client Booking"

What do you like best about Fresha?

I love how straightforward it is to use for booking appointments and keeping my time organized for myself and clients. It was also very quick to sign up and worked seamlessly when I first opened my business. I use fresha everyday to keep tabs on upcoming appointments and to block off work days for personal time. What do you dislike about Fresha?

When I first started my business some of the initial expenses surprised me when I had an influx of new clients that found me through Fresha's portal. Then I was charged a percentage of their booking even if the booking fell through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fresha solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fresha makes it easy for clients to book their own appointment within my set working hours. It also does the job of notifying each client before their upcoming appointment. It also allows me to book time off seamlessly by adjusting my working hours so no one can book during those designated times. It also prevents last minute, surprise appointments since you are able to adjust how far in advance someone must book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fresha?

Easy to use and set up. This app has so many awesome features! Online booking, credit card processing, email and text marketing, just to name a few. This is truly a hidden gem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fresha?

There is nothing on this app to dislike. You can access on a desktop as well. Everything works really well and no complaints or problems that we see at all. You do need to have time to add all of your services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
