What do you like best about Freightview?

Freightview is a great program, super easy. It has a very useful design and a UI that allows for anyone to plug and play. This is a huge benefit over other 3PL services that you have to pay to customize their software as it is set up for their success not the customers. The Freightview software is the exact oppitsite. For any small/medium size company who wants to have complete control over their logistics Freightview is a great option, it allows companies to have an Amazon like software for their customers. As the market shifts to the expectations that Amazon is driving I am expecting Freightview to dominate due to the how well their software works! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freightview?

Recommendations to others considering Freightview:

If you are a small to medium company, Freightview is a great option. It allows you to bring most of the functions in house for logistics needs while automating processes to make your life easier. This will even work with 3PL connections which is a growing need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freightview solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem is transparency. Freightview allows the client to take complete control of their logistics in their business while offering an Amazon like experience with the robust demand of IT that Amazon has. The accounting side is wonderful as well! It is so easy and quick to use, it is nice to have all the bills in one place. What do you like best about Freightview?

Seeing all the available options for cost and time is very valuable. I also match every invoice against each quote to hold freight companies accountable. More than 10% of the time there are invoice errors that we inadvertently paid prior to having the quotes to match against. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Don't think to much about trying the product. You will find it very user friendly and saves a tremendous amount of time. Also, pays for itself in many cases with one quote. Cost differences between carriers can be significant depending on the lane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
