What do you like best about Freddy Copilot?

The Freddy AI tool is really handy for those tickets that end up with 20+ different channels of communication. Freddy provides a summary of the important interactions that takes place as well as any actionables. All we need to do for this summary is click 1 button! It's very easy to use and a great resource. What do you dislike about Freddy Copilot?

With any AI, there are still some kinks to be worked out. The summaries aren't always the most intuitive, but Freddy is still learning, and we should not fault him for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freddy Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freddy makes our tickets easy to understand for all agents. The need for explanation has decreased, as agents can find the Freddy summary at the top of the ticket. Freddy allows the agents to be more productive in this manner, which is always a huge bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
