Frankli is great for mapping out our company goals, then each department leader can plan their objectives for their area. It's a central place to track everything, and a great dashboard to track progress through a month/quarter and have the important conversations to drive to meet and beat the targets.

Its a bit manual at the moment to update. This makes it flexible because it doesn't require a fancy/complex data connection to our source systems as a pre-requisite so we can report on any goals we like. However, because it isn't automated it means that before we can review our progress we need to first update all the numbers which is quite manual and tedious. Frankli is an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The tool is very well-designed from the outset, and seamless navigation makes it easy for both employees and managers to access and utilise its various functionalities. This simplicity ensures a smooth and efficient user experience, reducing the learning curve and enabling quick adoption across the organisation.
Frankli boasts a wide range of tools and features dedicated to enhancing employee engagement. The software provides a holistic approach to measuring and improving employee satisfaction and motivation, from easily creatable pulse surveys to review cycles accompanied by detailed analytics and reporting features.
Frankli has been very well received at Openmind, and we get great feedback from our team regarding managing their 121s and goal setting with direct reports.

I like how adaptable the platform seems to be. When suggestions were made they would be listened to, taken on board and when possible changes were made. It's a great platform and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I wasn't huge fan of was the goals section- I think it is so important to have goals clearly written on the platform but I think trying to simplify the process would make this section of the platform even better! I know some employees were confused about what the different goals were which meant they just avoided logging them. Because I worked in HR I obviously did my reading on the goals section using your step by step guides which was helpful BUT it would be ideal if that wasn't needed. I like the idea of being able to see how different levels of goals feed into wider company goals but maybe just simplifying this section of the platform would make it more user friendly! As a small but growing and ambitious company, we've found Frankli to be a real boon for Performance Management within the business, from company-level goals to individual Manager-Report relationships. It's slick and easy to use, and saves us time which for me is a key consideration given our small team and how busy we all are. The notifications are insightful but never overload you, and the tool is super easy to pick up. Matches all the competitors in terms of functionality, but in a best-in-class UI. Starting using Frankli in 2022 for Goals, for Reviews and for 1:1s. The UI is very intuitive, the integration with google calendar is great, and love that it is a shared space for me and the team. Frankli encourages each of us to choose whether to react to things immediately, or think ahead and pop into forthcoming 1:1 for a better quality conversation. Also having 1:1 and Goals so close gets us both thinking whether the 1:1 topic is more than just a short term Task, or is worthy of being included as a Goal. Lastly, no hiding from all the reminder notifications!

Frankli is intuitive and easy to use. The UX is clean and welcoming. I use it to manage my 1:1’s with my team and to set and track objectives. The two play nicely together, and it’s integrated with my calendar, making the whole process seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

rankli looks great and is easy to use! I only really use it for the 1:1s, they're brilliant for me and my team. They're very action orientated which means it's easier to keep on track and focus on the important things. It is highly user-friendly. I use it frequently to connect with my team members every month. As my team is expanding, it will allow me to be organised when I designate certain team members; I can then book a monthly meeting.
It also automatically updates my work calendar. I can change the 121 questions and tailor them specifically to the employee.

When I was rescheduling a 121, it would' t allow me to add a new meeting for the same month; I had to schedule for the following month.

Frankli has people at the heart of its design. It has a great user experience and does much more than just performance management. The collaborative and transparent approach to OKR and goal setting really suits our team, it allows us to share notes, collaborate on goals and get visibility into how what we do is adding value to the company. The platform also encourages connections, you can connect with people with similar interests, those looking for coaching, mentoring etc can share interests and connect. Feedback and praise can also be given through the platform. The interface is friendly, easy to use and engaging which also encourages use of it. There are no downsides to using Frankli it has ticked more boxes than we were looking for. When there is smething we would like to see changed or improved the team at Frankli are always open to suggestions and working with us to enhance user experience if it is relevant to the product and will benefit others too.
