The ease of use with Triblio is a standout feature of why we selected this ABM tool. We have multiple Marketing members utilizing this tool for both our existing customers and new prospect base. We are able to integrate the platform with our existing CRM and Marketo instance. This allows us to coordinate with demand gen managers, sales team, and social media personnel to have a unified strategy and message to our market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, Triblio is working on a new user interface that will have many more capabilities. The current instance only allows for 1 level of messaging per campaign. The new layout (rolling out early 2022) will allow for a multi-level approach to each contact/account where you will be able to tailor the message more and more with each interaction the prospect makes. We moved to Triblio from Terminus because of the platform's high functionality. The intent targeting within Triblio is excellent. Their DSP is powerful to find the right targets and serve ads with a much higher CTR than what we have seen before. I love the multiple features of the platform (we are not using everything just yet but moving towards a broader adoption). The product team is very agile and is willing to work with customers on rolling out custom functionality. Triblio is very forward-thinking and continuously evolves its product offering to be better, stronger, and more functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an option to add a credit card for the media buy. Right now, it is not an option (the media spend has to be prepaid or, if using a credit card, there is a fee. I hear that the credit card option will be rolled out soon, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used Triblio now at 2 companies and both times they have beaten out the competition. This has been to many factors such as the different ways to create audiences, the sales notifications, the two-way integration with hubspot, the orchestrator tool and the website personalization and overlays. Currently, the platform does everything we want it to. If i ever have issues with going something I reach out to my CSM and she helps to fix the issue. I know Triblio are making lots of updates to refresh the UX and improve on the already awesome platform. Without buy in from our sales team we couldn't justify the cost. Without out going into the long story, I definitely felt like it was heavily downplayed when we needed to notify them we wouldn't be renewing. I replied back to a reminder email that our contract would renew on a certain date letting them know we wouldn't be renewing. The response I got was that it was too late, even though nothing in the notification email communicated that detail at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features they offer as an all-in-one ABM platform are appealing. Being able to orchestrate targeted campaigns and personalize web pages all from one platform is ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform has a lot of room to improve. They have the right understanding of WHAT is needed to offer a robust ABM platform, but they miss the mark on HOW to do so. Many of the features, including orchestration, display ads, custom web tagging, and international reach sound promising in the demos, but when it comes time to actually make it happen, they didn't meet our needs and requirements. In an A/B test with one of their competitors, we learned that the ad network is somewhat small in comparison based on accounts reached, ad impressions, and clicks. Ultimately, the platform is best suited for small and mid-size companies, with a straightforward (non-complex) website structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've found Triblio to be incredibly user-friendly and effective. We're able to easily target and get great intel about our top accounts to be better at messaging and conversions. There have been some product updates that have been a bit confusing - such as campaigns vs orchestrations. But our CSM has done a fantastic job of supporting us and giving us clear, actionable information about how to navigate all of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
