Triblio does all the things you'd want your ABM platform to do - account-based ads, web personalization, robust reporting, etc. But really what sets them apart has been their support and service. I am happy with how we are using Triblio. However, I wish the overlays were saved like the ads so you could select an existing one to build from. And it would be great if we could serve ads to fewer devices if we wanted to be super targeted with an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Triblio offers a great overall solution to tackle a specifically targeted audience offering many solutions in their platform like gathering intent data from multiple networks. Specific networks in which they work give you a lot of flexibility with their intent data parameters offering multiple streams and adaptability. The platform also allows for the input of key accounts and contacts to deliver very targeted ads, although I have not been able to fully see positive results on this angle. Additionally, there are other sales enablement tools like Web Personalization and Personalized landing pages but we are not using those modules in our version of Triblio. The ad results are somewhat disappointing. I have been running multiple ads on a couple of thousands of dollars of spend and have not been able to see positive results until this day, we will continue to perfect our strategy but I feel that it was over hyped during the sales process. The Triblio platform is easy to use and the intent data allows us to display ads to the right people at the right time. We have seen a concrete impact on our pipeline after 6 months on the platform. The analytics and user interface could be better. I wish it was easier to look at campaign and ad group performance separately. Also, the smart pages and lists are great, but I run into weird limitations that I wish wasn't there. For a small 3 person marketing team, resources (budget and time) are our biggest challenge. Although the Triblio application is easy to use, we struggle with how to manage and react to changing intent signals. If I had to add an item to a wishlist, I would say more robust reporting capabilities is an area of growth for the product.
