There are no reporting tools available to emplpoyers or access to emplopyees contribution history. They have made numerous mistakes on payroll contributions, adding ineligible employees. Customer service is non-existant. They might answer one out of four questions in an email, if they even respond. Numerous billing discrepencies that no one can account for. Their promised "ongoinging employee education" is non-existant. The only email our employees recieve is occasionally one that says "Congratulations you got paid". Really, like we need to know that we got paid from my 401K provider? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I was considering switching, the agent said it would be super easy. He lied, it's a two-month process with 20 steps.
I switched from human interest so I could get access to crypto, but when I finally moved over to FUA, the crypto window wasn't accessible for weeks. They likely would not have even done it if I didn't follow up.
Support is awful. They answer 1 question out of the 4 in my email.

Limited fund options and processing times for rollover disbursements are terrible and require manual intervention. They sent me an email THREE full business days later (after Wall Street closed) to "verify" my request for me to call them - and then I got a voicemail. When they called me back after the market closed for the day, only then did they lock the disbursement value. In that time frame, the market dropped over 2%. If the market had gone up in value in that time, I wonder if my account value would've been locked when the request was made online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is almost impossible to reach someone there, even during business hours. Very hard to find a phone number, and when you do, you still have to leave a message.
My example is I tried to close out a 401k I had with an old employer. After reaching out multiple times and being asked to wait by them, I finally (after months) was sent a distribution form. I filled out (via DocuSign mind you) and waited. MONTHS go by and I am again asking them via their chat emails and calling to find out what is going on. Meanwhile they are literally LOSING money for me, because they haven't distributed my funds that I requested.
Finally after reaching someone (and contacting my old employer) I was told that a "new person at the company made a mistake and forgot to turn in my paperwork to their finance dept. to cut the check". Then they wanted to charge me to expedite it (I am trying to roll it over into a personal 401k).
Finally I got my check today (where they had lost over 1k in the 3 month delay from when I had asked for the distribution), and they took out Federal taxes, which they weren't supposed to do since I am doing a rollover.
As an employee - I would never recommend this company and have spent hours dealing with what I honestly started to believe was a fake company. Unreal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
East to use, simple for employees to get started. Settings for auto- enrollment and the option to set up auto increases annually, simple reporting. Integration with our Payroll System Sentric Workforce/SentricHr. From an employee standpoint, the virtual assistant that helps you determine how you want your 401(k) to be set up is very helpful and easy to use. The fees are super low and almost everything is paperless! They do almost all of the record-keeping tasks. The streamlined fund choices are actually a real benefit. In the past, we had so many choices and we had staff who opted out of participating or felt anxious about making the right choices. This one offers a more limited set of options but they are good options and the virtual assistant can walk them through choosing or they can choose to manage the plan on their own. The online employer dashboard could use some more detail. Nothing too bad but sometimes I wish we could see more employee details. The per distribution fee for staff who reach retirement age upset one of our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team is very knowledgeable and committed to customer service. Coming into my position, we had a few open items from the prior transition to Forusall. Forusall made extraordinary efforts to guarantee that the transition of our assets was conducted professionally, providing accurate data, education materials, and efforts to guarantee customer-focused reporting. Our administrator answers inquiries in record time, both thoughtfully and thoroughly. And, the team is planning on providing an educational seminar to our team to make sure that our employees understand their plan and maximize their use of it.

We are a small 14 person company who wanted to offer a 401K as a benefit for our employees. Forusall worked with us early in their history to help us make that happen easily with a LOT less administrative burden than many other solutions we explored. Nothing comes to mind. ForUsAll has been there for us, and in the two small missteps that have occurred over the years (small admin type things) they were there to provide a quick and helpful solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is just so much to like about ForUsAll!
1. Team - is highly responsive and helpful in providing resources and answers to any questions you have
2. Platform - is so intuitive and easy to navigate both on the employer and employee side that I don't find myself having to reach out to them to ask where things live as I have with vendors of my past.
3. Innovative, being one of the first to allow crypto into their suite of options
4. Integrations, this one is HUGE for me. Knowing that information is flowing back and forth from our payroll system to ForUsAll and vice versa gives me peace of mind that employees are supported (automated welcome emails based on eligibility dates) and data (contributions, personal information, etc.) is accurate.
5. Customer support - they are an extension of our team and support our employees exceptionally well
6. Compliance and year-end testing - its a breeze and so easy with them. They take care of it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike, but if there was a thing, adding 529 plans would be nice and has been asked by our employees in the past Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FUA is a one-stop-shop for managing all of our 401K needs. The 3 things I find most beneficial are 1) the responsiveness of our assigned client advisor, 2) their management of the annual audit, and 3) the processing of ongoing participant activity (rollovers, distributions, contribution changes, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
