What do you like best about JAMS?

The Dependency Based Scheduling really makes our data integrations work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JAMS?

I don't know of any. I love the way jobs stop based on dependencies and allow us to resolve issues with our batch processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JAMS?

We have been using JAMS for over 5 years and it became an integral part of our daily processing for scheduling FTP, encryption and EDI functions of the company. We found it to be very flexible in keeping the Holiday and off day scheduling as well as manipulating custom scheduling situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JAMS?

Not that I dislike per say but at times find it dificult to script cusomized power shell coded jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JAMS?

Easy to use, in our field of work date ranges vary greatly, JAMS' capacity to understand natural languaje expressions and convert them to valid date values has solved an enourmous amount of issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JAMS?

The only thing I would improve is the availability of resources to learn more about all the tool's functions. We know we have only scratched the surface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JAMS?

What do you dislike about JAMS?

Receiving patches/upgrades in very short period time and it would be great if they release upgrade/patches once or twice a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JAMS?

The monitor tab is handy for getting quick information about the running jobs, scheduled jobs, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

you can customize it how ever you like many options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

downside is if the agent was not setup even if jobs was cancelled it will not stop on application or db side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
