What do you like best about Forter?

What problems is Forter solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having a high amount of fraud orders and since we started using Forter our Fraud has been drastically reduced. Forter will identify high-risk customers and block the sale from being processed. We can the review the transaction and request an override if we deem it to be a valid sale. We have options on how to proceed and Forter allows us to be involved in the decision making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forter?

Forter's automated fraud prevention software has completely changed how we can process orders. Previously we had been manually evaluating incoming orders, a process which took hours or days. With Forter this process is simplified into seconds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forter?

Occasionally odd things will slip through the cracks or our CEOs transaction will be blocked. The PayPal API could be more automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Forter:

We waited too long to implement which cost us thousands in fraudulent transactions and labor wasted manually attempting to do what Forter does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forter solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about Forter?

Tech support on different time zone. Forter is not supported on Safari Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Forter:

We have been with Forter since the very beginning. Other companies provide similar services. At some point we had two services run side by side, Forter was faster, more accurate allowing us to ship our product out quickly. The mobile interface on my mobile Browser is horrible and very time intensive. Wish that Forter would also work on Safari Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
