Ease of use. Our members did not require much training at all to begin utilizing the tool's functionality. It's very intuitive to use and our members were quickly using it in ways that helped support their business. Importantly for us, they also used the tool in ways we hadn't foreseen, which added great value to our overall membership proposition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like to see more data and analytics. The base package is more than adequate for engagement data, but for our organization, we need to measure more. This has more to do with our particular and rather unique line of business than the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally, I found the events management platform to be an extremely useful feature. Having the ability to coordinate events among specific groups of members was useful, and extra tools such as the ability to export RSVP details, invite select or all members of a group, share event details (even virtual), and have follow-up discussions on the event page made the process seamless and intuitive. The only feature I would like to see revisited is the Files portion of a group. It was difficult for my team to successfully utilize this feature, as we would like to provide access to certain files to certain groups of people at certain times, and the system seemed incomparable with this (to my knowledge). In the end, we had to end up compressing folders and adding them as attachments to certain posts rather than sharing them via the files tab within a certain group. Mobilize provides our members with a place to connect behind the 'firewall.' It is a great member benefit and drives engagement, allows us to 'meet' each other and share our upcoming events and content while also enabling us to highlight our partners. Plus, we are getting great feedback from our members that is driving our programming decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The event functionality integration is non-existent with your event platform which causes some confusion on whether or not you are registered for an event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use, especially the group building with all functionality included: Posts, events, file share, email integration (you can send an email to a group and it gets posted, which is very cool), ... They even have a group hierarchy.
You can get mobilize events automatically added to your calendar, which is very powerful for your engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limit of 5 groups in the free version. I understand that limit, after all we should start to go to a paid plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mobilize includes features like email, SMS and a user database that makes it stand apart from other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found anything I dislike so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like community aspect, having different places that fit your group, or tribe. there are also many different things that I like, like receiving emails when there is an announcemente. that is a hugeeee plus, because some stuff can be publisshed only in the feed and other just as announcement. Accesing is always a hazzle. I would love it if it could be simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of use. Also the fact that you can put together a form for potential members to complete before you approve them. Also appreciate the layout of the posts, how they are sent to every member of the group via email, and also be able to send private messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have more than one group, you can accidentally post to the wrong group without any way to stop the message. Would like for a message to pop up which reminds you which group you are posting to, or makes it clear on screen somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
