The big jump in price from free to paid. I love all the features on the free plan and would happily pay for more, but it's a huge leap that just isn't worth it for a small community like mine. I really want to have timed emails! A recent problem in the last week is the huge support button covers up the cancel/post options! I've worked with Mobilize since 2017 and the one thing that has always stood out is the clarity of their product vision. They know where they're headed and how they want to get there - both in the people the bring on as well as their product roadmap. We run a writing community on Mobilize which runs regular sprints. Our community loves the platform and so do we as it's really easy to use and has an excellent chat function. We can tailor emails really well, (add gifs!) which makes it a super-friendly environment to be part of. I'd recommend highly to anyone looking to add a community element to their groups.
