What do you like best about Footprints EMR?
The fact that it organizes work orders and automates process flows. There is a lot you can do in the system from a tracking standpoint and it is customizable to some degree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Footprints EMR?
The system in itself is not visually pleasing or at today's modern standards. It works, but sometimes you really have to dig to find what you need. Administrators need extensive training to get the most out of the system, but it's relatively easy for end-users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Often time it crashes resources if you're not using a 64 but server 2008 (at least) software. They don't fix their issues, just patch and hope it works. Often 50/50 shot of patches fixed issues or created more issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
