Fonteva Events has give us the ability to quickly and easily setup new events and integrate with our association members. This allows us to offer member only pricing and increasing the value of our memberships. It also allows our team to track our attendees and guest attendees become new leads for memberships. Complex and not always intuitive, no phone support.

The emailing system is super complex and can't be done by anyone who doesn't know code. There is no automated waitlist system.

Conditional pricing is limited to one condition per price rule. Users can't cancel sessions -- only tickets. There's some issues with ticketing as well (what allows the push and pull of info back to the contact record is somehow tied to contact restriction -- ie one ticket per attendee only, meaning if you have more than one type of ticket for multiple workshops, a person can't buy more than one workshop registration AND have their info be pushed back to their record).

Fonteva Events is very feature rich, which makes it good for a variety of different events. For organizations that care about branding their events Fonteva allows a lot of options, including custom CSS to brand event microsites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This events app is built right on top of Salesforce. The amount of features, the look and feel, and the UX are fare superior to former solutions. Plus, this has its own eCommerce capability which can used with the rest of the Fonteva product. Regular new releases are slated. I also like the fact that the company is growing quickly. There are some items which are slated to be released which are not currently available. Some of the SEO elements aren't yet in place. There are many constraints. Many of the functions touted with the system aren't present. Email and social integration are non-existent. The product shown to us that we liked was deprecated and replaced with a sub-par product. Being a Fonteva partner, our organization uses Fonteva for membership, events, and e-commerce. Really appreciate the efforts made by the developers of Fonteva for creating such an innovative Association App that reduces the efforts for creating and setting up the member portals & event management. The day is not far when Salesforce might acquire this solid product.

I love how user friendly and easy to navigate it is. Also searching is a breeze because it offers you nicknames (like Brad as well as Bradley) which makes finding the right account so much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What really makes it great is that we have all the Salesforce automation and marketing tools sitting behind this, so we can automate responses and reminders, as well as incentivise segmented groups of participants.
