What do you like best about Followup CRM?

Easy to use and customer support is very good as we get prompt responses and knowledgeable people to help us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Followup CRM?

Generally all good experiences. The downside is the product is made to appeal to all and we must conform. Not easy to customize for our company and as we add people it gets very expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
