I like how user-friendly and intuitive it is. The support team is helpful, too. I have been able to track all of my sales and opportunities progress through FollowUp quite well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been having issues with the filter cache selecting all possible filters unnecessarily, which is slightly annoying. The way to fix it is to sign out and back in, so it isn't the end of the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the tracking of sales, closing rates, hot cold & dead projects. I also like that it keeps up with how many bids I put out per month and how many get closed per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Right now it seems a bit overwhelming. There is a lot of detail that has to be entered. There are lots of different icons on the dashboard to look for information. It would be nice to consolidate some of those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the feature that will alert you of an upcoming follow-up date for a project, as well as the alerts if a project is overdue. Having all of the boxes to input relevant information is an extremely useful feature for keeping up with things like when you last revised your price and what was the bid price three rounds ago. FollowUpCRM's user interface and user experience are very friendly to newcomers. Once landing on the home page, it is very easy to intuitively navigate the web app and know where you are to go to access certain data and features.
I really enjoy the projects page where the spreadsheet-like grid presents all of our project data in a convenient easy-to-read format. Adding notes, changing follow-up dates, and sending emails to clients through the system are also very convenient. Further, I appreciate how FollowUpCRM has made a good effort to constantly update the platform and make improvements. Their roadmap shows exactly what they got in their pipeline for modifications to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the reports that can be generated can have issues. Specifically, the system will pull notes and data from our projects and present them in a way that makes the reports formatting a bit wonky. The text fields can be very big and throws off the proportions of the formatting of the report. This is understandable, as sometimes the notes inputted by us can be full of text. Some more customization for the data charts on the homepage would be nice, but it works for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
