FMX benefits include: Web-based, search filters on home screens, custome fields. It is easy to seach for past or present requests. I am able to customize portoions of the system to include fields that are specific to our organization. The staff have been very knowledgable about the abilities and limitaitons of their product. If I were given the opportunity to choose a MSS again, it would be very dificult to persuade me to choose something other than FMX. There are some features that I have used on other platforms that would be nice to implement in FMX. I would like to track purchases and labor hours seperatly from a responce, or have a dedicated messaging feature and have responces be strictly for logging KPI seperating them from messaging. Another thing that would be nice in the maintenance requests is to activate a customized alert to notify on specific dates and times that is not associated with a due date. FMX staff has bent over backward to help us set up and improve our solutions. While doing many things, there are opportunities to have more feature rich modules. In particular, the technology and maintenance requests. I have given suggestions and requests, but they just go on a list. As a tech director, I left a solid helpdesk software application to adopt FMX since it was a part of the suite and we wanted to minimize the number of systems for our employees. FMX is very user friendly and when showing collegues how to navigate their features they are not overwhelmed by the user interface. When I have a question FMX offers great customer support in a very timely manner.
