Modern and innovative UI design (comparing with conventional ERP) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The out-of-box design of dashboards is stylish and innovative but to some extend also loses some key elements on the layout such as multiple data filter and data row count, making it sometimes hard to search and operate orders in a batch.
Also I assume due to the increasing security concern, some existing features (plug-in) is no longer available in the new release, our team has to opt for 3rd party solution out of Fluent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Global Platform Upgrade, Timeframe and communication.
As a delivery manager, I need to now about any upgrade in advance.
I would rather the upgrade can be planned and executed as per our time zone (AEST) and out of normal business hours if any outage is estimated.I need the context of email notification about such planning to clealy based on our time zone (AEST). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Another area to highlight is Fluent’s Omnichannel orchestration. It seamlessly manage orders and inventory across multiple channels. While the platform's flexibility is an advantage, it may be overwhelming for businesses without dedicated resources or extensive technical expertise. The abundance of customization options can sometimes lead to confusion or difficulties in finding the right balance for some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My team is responsible for global and international Fluent Commerce implementation and deployment. This included the eCommerce channel and all store channels. Covering several regions in the world for a brand in the luxury retail business.
Before we implemented Fluent Order Management, our biggest challenges were the inability to offer new cross-channel customer journeys, personalization, and mutualizing stock positions to leverage cross-channel capabilities.
Within/At Capgemini Digital Customer Experience, we have had a great
experience with Fluent Commerce. The most significant benefits have been the implementation of several new customer journeys and high personalization offering capabilities. This is for all regions around the world. In the USA and APAC, business rules and customer behavior are quite different from Europe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing right now I have any significant concerns with. Not everything is available out of the Box, but you can extend it. The old Store module and Ux/UI were not very efficient and usable. This is not the case with the new module and interfaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fluent OMS provides the features and functions required to meet all your customer fulfillment needs. Out of the box, it supports Direct to Consumer, Click & Collect, Vendor Drop Ship, Global Inventory visibility and Customer Order history. Couple all of these functions with scalability to meet and exceed your peak volumes and Fluent OMS has the solution for any size B2C or B2B organization.
As an enterprise architect, I appreciate the ease of how Fluent gracefully fits numerous business models across differing sectors. I have implemented Fluent for large-scale international retailers, regional pure play ecomm stores, and manufacturing/distribution orgs. While Fluent delivers the requisite OMS services, it also integrates with enterprise services ensuring seamless delivery of your end to end processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been in the world of delivering and supporting OMS solutions for 25 years. During that time I have seen highly custom OMS solutions and bare bones OMS capabilities. The largest problem faced by any organization using an OMS is understanding what an OMS 'is' and what an OMS 'isn't'. Fluent will provide all the native features of an OMS, but it will not gracefully meet requirements that are not intended for an OMS.
One example would be organizations that assume OMS is their Call Center solution. They want to be able to modify addresses, change items, add or remove quantity, change payment types, apply promotions, etc. While Fluent can expose an order for modification, pushing all the services needed to validate an order during modification is something a Call Center system or your web platform should do.
When you use Fluent, remain within the guardrails and keep non-OMS requirements where they should live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a team leader for Fulfilment Operations, our OMS is a crucial piece of technology. Our OmniChannel approach utilises micro-fulfillment centres all around Australia, with close to 40 locations processing both Home Delivery and Click + Collect fulfilments daily. Fluent has been instrumental in tailoring our fulfilment operation, particularly inventory management. We have made several changes to order routing and fulfilment logic that would be extremely difficult without a flexible platform like Fluent. Interim data from these changes indicate that it will be an effective change for our business. Fluent has proven to be an agile piece of software that allows us to pivot when business needs change, and I would highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the more challenging parts of updating systems is integrating new software with legacy programs. It is something that we struggle with. However, this is not a reflection of Fluent as an OMS, but rather a struggle that I am sure many can empathize with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a platform agnostic agency, we only recommend the best-of-breed technology to our clients. The Fluent account managers are knowledgeable and extremely supportive throughout the implementation process, and Fluent’s ability to integrate with existing systems means our clients don’t have to take a big bang approach and can transition to an optimized OMS gradually without a large disruption to their existing business processes. Overall, our experience implementing Fluent Commerce has been extremely positive, and we look forward to transitioning more clients to the headless, highly customizable platform.
